A weekend of massive change for Fort Collins CrossFit. So much needed to happen from final workouts in Unit 17 on Friday to first workouts in Unit 22 on Monday and thanks to our amazing community, we got it done!

Seriously, we cannot say enough how grateful we are to everyone who came out to help this weekend and for all the help during this entire journey and to the entire community for your support and patience and flexibility.
We are so blessed to have such great people around us and are excited for this new chapter with you all!

(😭 Instagram only lets us tag 20 people. Grateful we had so many more people than that come help on Saturday; bummed we can't tag you all!)

A big congratulations to these athletes who joined in the fun and completed their first Crossfit Open season! You all did amazing and have a bright Crossfit future ahead of you! And just remember it never gets easier, and you’ll always be sore- but we’re all weirdos that somehow find that enjoyable! #crossfitopen #rookieseason #crossfitaffiliate #intheopen2022

Results of our August attendance challenge! We had 5 members make it to the gym 20 or more days this past month. Jenny, Wyatt, Hillary, Jason, and Michael- congrats on being so dedicated to the gym this past month. I put all your names in a hat and one of you won a $100 gift card to Old Town Fort Collins. Watch until the end to see if you won!

This morning was 🔥🔥🔥. Thanks for bearing with my mom bod and brain for my first class back post baby! This is truly my happy place. Watching you guys catch on to the moves, hearing “ooh, I love this song!”, and seeing your smiles during that endorphin HIGH!

You all crushed this workout, and made my whole weekend by showing up! Can’t wait to see you next week! Hopefully my photog skills will also improve! 😏 (Please help me tag others who I’m missing.)
