Feeling so blessed lately 💞

“You make known to me the path of life; you fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.”

10-17-26 - I decided to publicly declare my faith and become made new in Christ !!

For the longest time, being a Christian was more of a title than the way I was actually living my life.

Two summers ago, I gave my life to Jesus. But my walk with Christ has been anything but perfect. Even after being saved, I went through a heavy season of spiritual warfare. The conviction I was feeling was so uncomfortable that there were times I didn’t even want to be Christian anymore. I was still holding onto things of this world, making decisions I’m not proud of, and trying to do life completely on my own.

BUT GOD never gave up on me. I finally realized that nothing this world had to offer would ever fulfill me the way Jesus ever could. I couldn’t do it on my own, and I was never meant to (isn’t that awesome??)

Choosing Jesus is the sweetest joy, and the peace that comes with fully surrendering to Him is truly supernatural and unexplainable!!

For a while now, I’ve felt the Holy Spirit continually tugging on my heart to take this next step of obedience and publicly declare my faith through baptism.

“Baptism is not a symbol of perfection, but a declaration of direction of abundance of life!!”

I’m nowhere near perfect, but I’m forgiven, redeemed, and washed clean ONLY BY THE BLOOD of Jesus. I never want to go back to the person I was before Him.

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭44‬:‭22‬ ‭ - “I have blotted out your transgressions like a cloud and your sins like mist; return to me, for I have redeemed you.”
