Aerial Yoga ✅

I checked Aerial Yoga off my bucket list last night while celebrating our girl @margiebaumann birthday! 🧘🏼‍♀️💜 @splitrebelyoga Thank you for an amazing class!!!

What made it even more special is realizing how far I’ve come. There were years filled with ankle surgeries, pain, rehab, setbacks, more surgeries, more rehab, and learning to trust my body again. There were seasons when my world got smaller because of what my body couldn’t do.

So to find myself hanging upside down in aerial silks last night? That’s something I couldn't even imagine. 🥹 Cirque de soleil here I come!! Lol!

But more importantly, last night was about celebrating Margie. Family comes in so many forms, and I’m so thankful for friends like her who make life more fun, encourage us to try new things, show up when it matters, and give us reasons to celebrate along the way. 💕

Happy Birthday, Marjorie!! Thanks for being you and for being such a special part of our lives!!! 🎉💜

Hartley’s favorite week of the summer…year 6. 😎 I’m always amazed at how much the kids learn and grow in four days at Summer Showoffs. This year, Hart was in tears…absolutely terrified to sing in the ballad, but the sweetest counselors encouraged her to do it anyway. ❤️ This year’s performance also featured the most you’ll ever see her cheer at a baseball game. 😉 I love to watch my kids do what they love, but it’s extra special when it’s something I loved too. 🎤 🎭
