I am honored to share that I emerged as the Second Winner in the Capital Markets Universities and Other Higher Learning Institutions Challenge 2025, organized by the Capital Markets and Securities Authority (CMSA) .

Out of over 28,000 students nationwide, I was first selected among the Top 20 finalists and advanced to the final stage. During the 5th Security Industry Graduation and Awards Giving Ceremony held at the Bank of Tanzania Conference Centre in Dar es Salaam, I had the rare opportunity to be re-interviewed in front of distinguished national leaders, including the Minister for Finance, Honorable Amb.Khamis Mussa Omar, the Governor of the Bank of Tanzania, and the CEO of the Capital Markets and Securities Authority.

Standing on that stage and being announced as the Second Overall Winner was a truly humbling and defining moment.

This journey has strengthened my belief in the power of knowledge, preparation, and resilience. It also reflects the importance of platforms that empower young people to apply their skills to real world challenges.

I extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who supported me throughout this journey, including my mentors, peers, and the University of Dodoma community.
