A strong creative career takes more than good ideas. It takes the ability to turn those ideas into work that connects with people and delivers results.

Audrey Quaye (@aud_rhie) is the Creative Director at Innova DDB Ghana, where she leads teams across traditional and digital platforms. With over a decade in the industry, she has grown from designer and writer to leading creative work for brands including MTN, Vodafone, Absa Bank, DIAGEO, Unilever and Right To Dream Ghana.

Beyond the work, Audrey is committed to mentoring emerging creatives and raising the standard of creative practice across the continent.

At DDC26, she joins our Young Plenary for Design Foundations & Careers, sharing insights on developing your skills, finding your footing in the industry and growing into the kind of creative professional you want to become.
