🔧 Philly Bike Action fixed up 30+ neighbors’ bikes for free last weekend at repair clinics in South and North Philly!

We also gave away 3 sets of bikes, helmets, and locks to neighborhood kids at Historic Fairhill's Joy & Wellness Festival.

Thanks to our neighborhood partners @homies.helping.homies and @historic_fh for working with us and to @keystone.bike and @transportcycles for providing the chains, tubes, and more to make this happen.

👋 Want us to run a bike repair clinic in your neighborhood? Want to volunteer to run a clinic? Check out bikeaction.org/events and speak with an organizer at a PBA District Meeting in your area, or reach out to us via email at info@bikeaction.org

Hey PA! Did you miss the Philly event? And the Lancaster event? And the Christiana event? But still really would love to attend a book event and snag yourself a personalized copy? Well, @mainpointbooks in Wayne PA has got you covered!

FUN FACT: the book that I am holding in my hand on this flyer is the original 1883 book where I discovered my family’s connection to the Underground Railroad & where I first discovered the story of the Christiana Resistance as William Parker’s name appeared over 70 times in that volume!

Please come on out! And I look forward to seeing you there!
