Leaving no doubt next time 🔥 I AM STRONGER.
(Nice little EMOM @ 85% of my strict press max to stretch out my shoulders after nationals)

Reasons for BIG WINS at @strongmannationals @strongmancorporation this weekend:
1. I dominated the back squat event and secured the win with 14 reps because @rachel_pickich pushed me during training to dig out a few extra reps to make sure I won.
2. I pr’d the monster bell because I had to make sure I made @671nicole and @umatac671 proud after dragging my mats and db all over the floor by them during prep.
3. I demolished the deadlift event and claimed the win with 10 reps because Caroline pushed me every week to squeeze out a be more rep than before.
4. I absolutely DESTROYED the press medley because of Caroline’s tips to speed up the axle and @rdbanker85’s encouragement to snatch the log!
5. Small reminders from @sue_eger1028 to stay in my lane and run my own race AND messages from @caylawithac_breland reminding me that I am stronger than ever and to keep pushing after each event kept me motivated all weekend!
Without these people and so many others in my corners, these wins wouldn’t have happened! I missed the top spot by one event at the very end…I WILL claim my pro card next time!

I ❤️ heavy front squat days! I found a new 3RM of 330 lbs after hitting 5x3 @ 320 lbs! A 400 lb front squat is coming! #strongwoman #crossfit #girlswholift #workout #squat

The EASIEST 505 lbs has moved the entire prep! 🔥 I hit 5 reps with it today, making it a new 5RM (technically), but there are definitely more reps in the tank when we get to comp day! #strongwoman #strongman #girlswholift #thick #deadlift
