ALBANY, GEORGIA, WE BROUGHT THE HARDWARE HOME!!! 🏅🏅

10 MILES IN UNDER 2 HOURS!!! MISSION COMPLETE!

I’ve NEVER run 10 miles in my life, and with less than two weeks to prepare, we came to Washington, D.C., and GOT THE JOB DONE!

I couldn’t have asked for a better running partner than Haven “Hitman” Brady! That brother pushed me, encouraged me, and helped me get through every single mile! We started together, and we FINISHED together!

We came up here representing the city of Albany, Georgia, and we represented the best way we know how. BY COMPLETING THE MISSION!

A HUGE thank you to Meta for making this experience possible and providing us with the Meta glasses to document this entire journey through our own eyes without ever having to pull out our phones!

And to my hometown, ALBANY, GEORGIA, THANK YOU! Every phone call, every text, every DM, every prayer, and every word of encouragement meant more than y’all know!

We’re going to keep giving our city something POSITIVE to rally behind! Keep showing our young people what’s possible! Keep challenging ourselves! And keep reminding folks that GREAT THINGS COME OUT OF ALBANY, GEORGIA!

We didn’t come up here just to talk about what we COULD do. WE CAME TO DO IT!

ALBANY, THE MEDALS ARE COMING HOME!

WE AT THE STARTING LINE, BABY! 10 MILES TO GO!

Today, me and Haven Brady are wearing PINK for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! But this one is especially personal for me.

Two years ago, my mother battled breast cancer AND BEAT IT! She doesn’t even know it yet, but these 10 miles are dedicated to HER!

To every woman fighting breast cancer right now, every survivor, and every family who has lost someone to this disease, WE SEE YOU, WE LOVE YOU, AND WE’RE ROOTING FOR YOU!

Today, we’re carrying more than just our own weight. We’re carrying our families, our veterans, and the entire city of Albany, Georgia, on our backs!

We came to Washington, D.C., with a mission, and we’re bringing those medals BACK HOME!

SMALL THING TO A GIANT, BABY! LET’S GET IT!

ALBANY, GEORGIA, WE HEADED TO D.C.! 🇺🇸

This Sunday, me and undefeated professional boxer @hitmanhaven3 Haven Brady Jr. are taking on the @armytenmiler in Washington, D.C., and we’re bringing our hometown media team with us!

Now listen, I’ve NEVER run 10 miles in my life. 😂 I was given less than two weeks to prepare for this thing, but y’all know me. I don’t back down from a challenge!

I walked all the way to Atlanta to raise money for my students before, so SURELY I can run 10 miles to inspire my people!

Two hometown boys from Albany, Georgia, headed to the nation’s capital to represent our city! We’re going to give it everything we’ve got and bring those medals back home!

I need my Albany people cheering us on this Sunday! We’re not just running for ourselves. We’re representing the city that raised us!
