If I could do this transaction ten times over again, I would. ❤️

Huge congratulations to Jayne & Haydon on closing on their first home! 🏡

These two came to me as referrals, and they have genuinely been a joy to work with from day one.

They reached out well before they were ready to buy, which gave us plenty of time to get their pre-approval in order, learn the market, and tour homes in different parts of town. By the time the right house came along, they knew exactly what they wanted and felt confident making a move.

This is the advice I give almost every first-time buyer: don't wait until you're ready to buy to start preparing. The time we spent planning ahead absolutely paid off.

When the right opportunity came along, we were ready to move quickly — and ended up getting them into a home in a highly desirable neighborhood, $10,000 under list price, with nearly everything they were looking for.

I couldn't be happier for these two, and I can't wait to see what this next chapter brings as they turn this house into a home over the years to come. 🥂

Congratulations, Jayne & Haydon! I'm incredibly grateful you trusted me to be part of such a big milestone.
