A pretty special place to make it official 💫💍🥂

We had the most incredible day at Ballymaloe House, Gardens & Grainstore.

Honoured to tie the knot, where Fiadh's grandparents met at a dinner dance many years ago. As well as Fiadh's parents and sister getting married here too.

While Fiadh was getting ready in her family's hotel, Jack spent the morning in Guileen with Paula and the brothers. Enjoying a few drinks at his favourite beach.

Being in a body!

What to do with that experience - how to be with it - feels like an ongoing question. An endless speculative exploration.

One thing I keep noticing in my own system - body, brain, cells - is that clarity often comes through witnessing. Through making space to notice what is happening now.

A now that can never quite be captured in words, images or stories - though we keep trying.

With that in mind, I’d love to invite you into:
ᴍᴜꜱᴄʟᴇ ʙᴏɴᴇ ꜱᴋɪɴ & ꜱᴛᴏɴᴇ - four Monday mornings of dropping in, listening, noticing and moving together.

Mondays online in September
8:15–9:15am

Come for one, or swim the whole month with me and the @samavesayoga community.

Together we’ll stay curious around these questions and bare witness to the ordinary moments - the ones that quietly become memory, knowing, and part of what we carry forward.
