Sundays like this one make me smile a little extra.🫶🏼

Since they were in my belly 🤰🏼our kids have grown up right alongside this business. They’ve been there for the events, the long days, the celebrations, the workouts, the shakes, the conversations around nutrition… basically, they’ve been part of the journey from the beginning.

And now I get to look around and see them moving with us, choosing healthy habits, understanding the importance of taking care of their bodies and actually enjoying it. 🥹
That might be one of my favorite things we’ve built.

Today’s Sunday Pilates wasn’t about being the fittest person in the room. It was families, friends and kids spending a Sunday moving, hydrating, laughing and doing something GOOD for themselves together.

And we’re doing it again this month! 🙌🏼

Bring your kids, your mom, your friends… all ages are welcome. Come spend a different kind of Sunday with us. 🤍

Comment PILATES and I’ll send you the details.

One of my favorite parts of the night? Finding the perfect mid game fuel✨✨
I picked up a protein shake from P3 while playing at The Yards, and it kept me feeling energized without weighing me down. Exactly what I needed to finish the night strong!
If you’re at The Yards, make sure to check them out!
