A little look at what my yoga classes are all about 🌿 A mix of strength, mobility, flow and relaxation with time to move your body, challenge yourself and slow things down. My aim is to create a welcoming space where you can come as you are, move at your own pace and take a little time for yourself. A little look into my very first class 🥹 Thank you to everyone who came along and made it so special. This is only the beginning! Six week block starts next week! A massive thank you to Heather @hlrsocial for capturing the class so beautifully. I’m so happy to have these moments to look back on and share with you all 🤎

Here’s what you can expect from a training day with me 🤍 Lots of practice, detailed knowledge and, most importantly, a clear method behind every step. I don’t teach my students to simply memorise a sequence. I explain the reason behind each movement, so the technique feels logical, easier to remember and easier to adapt to different clients. My goal is for every student to leave understanding not only what to do, but why they are doing it. That is the approach behind Unica Nail Academy. Russian manicure training, e-file manicure course, nail education, nail educator Scotland, nail courses in Stirling, professional nail training, BIAB training, cuticle training, nail technician course, beginner nail tech training. #nailtraininguk #russianmanicurecourse #naileducatorscotland #nailtechtraining #unicanailacademy

3 months of travelling through Japan, the Philippines & Thailand… 🌏☀️✈️ What an adventure! Despite endless sunshine, salt water and travelling, Heather’s hair held up amazingly...but it was definitely ready for some TLC. 💛 We refreshed her colour using Mood Hair Colour:
✨ 5AV + 5-86 with 3% for a rich, glossy brunette. Then we treated her hair with the Mood Hair Ultra Care Range with avocado oil and vegetable keratin to replenish moisture, improve softness, boost shine and leave hair feeling healthy without weighing it down. 💧✨ Holiday hair, officially revived! 🤎 #luxury#hair#travel#asia#japan

I made her cry… Not because it hurt. Because after years of back discomfort, her body did something it hasn’t done in a long time: it let go. We used infrared light and PEMF together — a combination that isn’t about intensity. It’s about creating the right conditions for the body to downshift. What infrared can do Infrared is a gentle, warming input. It can help the body feel safer and more open by supporting circulation, softening tight tissue, and encouraging the nervous system to shift out of “bracing mode”. People often come in thinking it’s just physical — and leave noticing they can breathe deeper, unclench their jaw, or stand a little more freely. What red & infrared light is doing Red and near-infrared light are often used to support the body at a cellular level (photobiomodulation). In simple terms, it’s a signal the body can use to support recovery processes — especially when used consistently and with the right dose. What PEMF adds PEMF is a quiet, non-invasive session using pulsed electromagnetic fields. Many people describe it as a reset: less internal noise, less guarding, more ease. Not always dramatic — just noticeable. Why she cried When you’ve been holding tension for years, your body can treat that tension like protection. So when it finally softens, the feeling isn’t always “relaxation”. Sometimes it’s emotion — because relief is emotional. No big story. No pressure. Just a body that had been working hard, finally given permission to stop. If you’re not sure what your body needs, start with a 15-minute consultation and we’ll guide the choice.
