early mornings, long days, and the kind of tired that felt like purpose. dirt on my on clouds, nerves in my chest, and a bond with something that couldn’t speak but somehow understood everything.

i gave my time, my patience and pieces of my heart i didn’t even realize i had. and in return, you gave me lessons i’ll carry forever! hard work, loss, love, and letting go.

walking out of the ring for the last time feels heavier than i thought it would. because this was never just showing livestock, it was home.
so here’s to the memories, the ribbons, the tears and every quiet moment in between.
i’ll miss this more than words can say
