@anthonyhamilton inspired short rib, collard greens, cornbread, hot sauce, and potlikker. The Caribbean Queen brings jerk chicken, plantain, pineapple, sorrel BBQ, and pikliz to the party. Music in my ears. Flavor in my hands. 🔥🎶

From the pies to the NOT KNOTS, every part of this menu has my fingerprints on it. Come in hungry. Get into the whole rundown. Find YOUR favorite track. 🍕🙌🏾

The Ox overseeing the herd. Oxtail Nachos were a hit at George Brown Food Court Social tonight. We serve this by the truckload at Twist by Roger Mooking at Pearson Airport.

It’s always a blessing to be in the room serving “airport food” with some of the cities best Chefs and having guests come by for thirds and saying it was their fave bites of the night.

We just move different over here. The team killed it tonight…as usual.
