Helping people find a home while helping others find one too.

That’s the idea behind @hntr.app , founded by Camilla De Cesare after her own experience of buying her first home inspired her to create a better way for first time buyers to navigate the process.

But from day one, Camilla wanted hntr to do more than help people buy homes.

“I realise how fortunate some of us are to be able to own our homes when others may not even have a place to call home at all.”

That’s why hntr supports @centrepointuk , helping young people facing homelessness move towards a safe and secure future.

“hntr's ultimate mission is to help as many people have a place to call home as possible.”

As a solo founder, Camilla has made giving a core part of the business, donating 10% of all revenue to Centrepoint.

“I wanted to ensure it gave back from day one.”

Users can see that commitment through the hntr website and app, meaning their own homebuying journey can help support someone facing a very different journey towards finding a place to call home.

Through Work for Good, hntr has a clear and structured way to manage its charitable giving.

A great example of how purpose can be built into a business from the very beginning.

Here we go!! Episode 7 is here of our home buying journey. 🏡✨

ALOT has happened in the last few months, and I’m excited to share we had our offer accepted on a flat in Brighton / Hove 🥹🤞🏻

But it doesn’t mean it’s quite ours yet. Home buying is overwelming and can be super stressful. But the app @hntr.app - your homebuying bestie has stopped me from having several menty b’s. 😅 So if you’re house hunting or in the process of buying, you must go check it out.

If you’re a first-time buyer in the UK, this app might save your sanity 🏡

Camilla built hunter after living through the chaos herself — endless viewings, hundreds of photos, confusing spreadsheets, and zero clarity on what actually mattered.

The result?
An app that guides first-time buyers through every single step of the process including; what to ask at viewings, how much you can really afford (including hidden costs), how to negotiate an offer, whether that survey is bad… or just scary-sounding, even emotional support for those 2am spiral moments

No ads.
No premium tiers.
No selling your data.

Just genuinely useful guidance, built by a founder who knows how overwhelming buying your first home can be.

Save this if you’re buying soon — or send it to someone who is 👀
