FRESH PAINT: @theenglishhotel has an opening date — 2.2.2022! — and a stunning new mural by @thepwoz (📸: @hnyb.b). The Renaissance-inspired piece riffs off the new boutique hotel’s floral theme, with flowers blooming all around a David-esque figure. It combines something classical with something new and bright, sort of like the hotel itself.⁠

Located at 921 S. Main St. in the @artsdistrictlv, The English Hotel is the first hotel by its renowned namesake, @cheftoddengliish. It spans four stories with 74 upscale rooms, a swanky outdoor lounge, pool and, of course, elevated culinary experiences. Its crown jewel will be a Japanese/Mediterranean fusion restaurant dubbed The Pepper Club, named after English’s dog, featuring a sushi bar, teppanyaki grill and beer made by @beerdistrictbrewing exclusively for the hotel.⁠

“The idea is you’re coming to Todd’s home,” general manager Steve Dennis told us when we got a sneak peek in October. “We are that unique experience that you’ve never had the opportunity to have in Vegas before."⁠
