What our Vinyasa Flow & Power Vinyasa yoga classes might look like around here… 🔥 Our flow classes are a great way to invigorate and open the body while calming and focusing the mind. Power Vinyasa M/W 6-7pm & Vinyasa Flow T/TH 6-7pm.

Looking for something more chill? Try out our Yin classes on Sundays 12-1pm. It includes deep releasing into the body and end with singing bowl relaxation.

All classes are included in memberships, packages, or day pass entry. No pre-registration needed. Come find the perfect class for you!
