Last night, I had such a great time joining @austingrimmm for a song to highlight the heartwarming work of @musiciansoncall… a nonprofit that brings music to patients, families, and caregivers in healthcare settings ✨ a true honor sharing music alongside Austin, @troybrenningmeyer, @drewlance4, and @hochbergmark and watching tunes with @dan_eubanks_musician and @jazzmansamnola at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. While getting ready, several of us had stories about how much music makes a difference with coping and healing. Austin’s work to bring Musicians On Call to our community is so inspiring. If you’re interested in volunteering as a musician or guide, or supporting in any way, please send a message to @austingrimmm! Also very sweet to see my lovely friend/neighbor, Emily, in the audience—thanks for taking this video :)

A few film photos by @whiskmusic of September’s Songwriter Session at @thedarkroomstl with @kranejohn @amberskiesmusic @jonahmcguire @lostonesongs and our MC @wesleyhoffman talking about songwriting process and inspirations ✨📷 It’s not often we get to hear artists share where the music comes from… how ideas form, what in our lives or imaginations emerges, how a song moves from an idea to a living work... It was a fun, memorable night. Huge thanks to all who came by and @kranzbergarts for supporting this event 🎶 Thanks to @gxbejackson for the incredible sound and my band who brought the tunes to life, @mathewdale @hochbergmark @drewlance4 💫 #songwriter #originalsongs #stlmusic #stlouismusic #creatingmusic #filmphotography

Thought I’d share a few clips playing with @mathewdale @drewlance4 @hochbergmark during our set at @thedarkroomstl Songwriter Session—a night of diving into songs from local artists ✨ This was such a magical, special time hearing what inspires the music. Big thanks to The Dark Room, The Kranzberg Foundation, and all of the artists—will be sharing more soon 🎶💫📷🎥 #songwriters #thedarkroomatthegrandel #songwritersessions #behindthesong

Every time @BrothersLazaroff calls, we say yes. 📸 There’s always something brewing: a new project, a fresh concept, a dope way to bring people together through music. With their new album #TryingToMakeItHome they needed refreshed imagery for this next chapter. With Valeria’s creative direction and Phillip’s eye behind the lens, we created a collection that captures the depth, character and energy of #Brothers Lazaroff … images that have become part of their promotions, email campaigns and storytelling around the new album. That’s what we love about what we do: creating images that feel like you, tell your story and give you room to create. Much love to Brothers Lazaroff for continuing to trust us with the vision. 🖤 Follow them, stream Trying to Make It Home, and support the work they pour into the music community. And if your brand, business, band or next big idea needs some new images… Come shoot with us • HamerStudiosSTL.com

No stage. No rehearsal. Just music, friends, and a little experimenting. 🎶 Tuesday’s #BrothersLazaroffExperiment at Joe’s Cafe was all about leaving space for the unexpected. We deconstructed the stage, spread musicians throughout the room + brought together friends and collaborators from across the Brothers Lazaroff musical family to simply play and create together. Thank you to everyone who came to play, listen, dance, and be part of something special. And if you want in on the next experiment, stay close. Join the Brothers Lazaroff newsletter… that’s where this one started: BrothersLazaroff.com
