Returning to school, yes I have tried to put on a smiling face, I am genuinely excited BUT I’m also NERVOUS!! Nervous AF!!!
.
.
.
A continuous jab of thoughts enter my head. Did we do the right thing sending them to school? Answer. I don’t know. That’s the truth.
.
.
.
I try to focus on the good. Honestly so thankful we have masking mandates in place ( which if we didn’t, I would NOT be sending my kids to school). I focus on the fact that we live in a community where adult vaccination rates are high. I focus on the fact that the school we send our children to, so many of the families are closely connected and we look after each other ! For this, I am eternally grateful.
.
.
.
Finally I do pray, I pray everyday that my kids stay safe and yours as well. Friends, we are so close to getting children vaccinated, so close. It may seem dark right now, but there is a light at the end of this tunnel 🙏💖🙏
