Representing @hamdimusic in front of @hamdiseattle 🤣🤣

A collection of some of the amazing Seattle based food I’ve had in the last couple weeks. I am so astounded by the level of talent we have in this city. From quick serve to fine dining, there are so many hard working talented Chefs and resto owners putting out creative and tasty dishes.

Now is a great time to go out and support local!

Despite what Reddit and our own food writers say, Seattle is one of the best food cities in the world and I’m grateful to be a part of it.

Currently working on a concept to showcase the immense talent we have here. Follow @theseattlerestaurantpodcast for more details! Stay tuned! 🎟️🎠🎡🎢

What’s the best thing you’ve eaten recently?

So we realized we never posted pics of what Ruby looked like before it was Ruby and that got us a little teary eyed 🥹 ❤️‍🩹

We headed down memory lane all the way up to opening night with @effingmoorman and Mike. Both will be behind the bar tonight, saying goodbye to whatever the hell 2025 (🖕🏽) was and being hopeful that 2026 can’t get much worse 🤞

Wanna give everyone who makes Ruby what it is a big ol’ virtual hug and Jell-O shot. From all of us who work here as bartenders, DJs and Bingo Hosts, YOU make this bar such a special, welcoming place for EVERYONE ❤️❤️❤️

Sincerely with love,
Ruby

Was lovely meeting these fine southern folks who just opened up 3 months ago and making waves with their home style cooking and friendly service. Listen now to hear the story of how Zack and Kali opened up their spot! Plus Shu eats Dim Sum and Syd goes to vindictive wings. Shocking.

Really inspiring episode today featuring @lilly_wu1006 from @happycrabrestaurant @xa_noodles shares her risk it all attitude and why she’s not scared to risk it all.

Also shout out to @fortunabottega for taking time out of their busy schedule to talk about why keeping it simple is the best way to build a sandwich.

Love you guys!
