I had the most amazing time visiting my friend’s antique warehouse @hohantiques recently! These are some of the beautiful treasures I found while there. 😍 In today’s video over on YouTube, I’m sharing more of Liv’s shop! You can find the link in my stories today. 💛

My fall decorating motto: put a pumpkin on it. 🎃

Thanks to @hohantiques for the antique stool! Check out their shop for the most beautiful selection of English antiques. 🤎

Rainy vacation day 🤝🏻 Antique shopping

When our family was in town there were several of us that really wanted to go antique shopping and we had a rainy day that called for an afternoon in Elk Rapids!

I was thrilled to see @hohantiques IRL and the entire family got a huge kick out of Guntzviller’s Spirit of the Woods museum that my sister in law found the night before.

If you’re headed Up North, Elk Rapids is not to be missed!

Soooooo in love with the antique hutch we purchased from @hohantiques! Having fun playing with how I want to display some of my thrifted goodies. Sourced in the UK via Michigan, this beauty is now living its best life on the west coast. 🇬🇧➡️🌴☀️

Absolutely in love with this confit pot, marmalade jar and antique glass bottle that my sweet friend Liv sent me over at @hohantiques 😍 They are based in Northern Michigan and her shop is absolutely amazing, one day I hope to visit in person! Can’t wait to style these in my home 🥹🤍🤍🤍

My favorite place to source imported antiques! @hohimports. How stunning is this cabinet in my clients lake house! The perfect morning coffee hangout ☕️

Yesterday, I hit that point in the moving process where “the creative fun” part was taking a backseat to the “where do I put this stuff” part. After living in our rv for 21 months, I learned that we just don’t need a bunch of “stuff”. So why do we still hold on to what is not serving us well? Let that question sit with you for a bit. Ponder on all the areas of your life that are not serving you well. Maybe it’s time for us to let go of some “stuff”…hmmmm

I am so filled with gratitude as we are coming near to an end on this 1883 farmhouse we call home.

Tile is named “Old World Stone” by @annsacks. We used Nior Sully + Corton beige Limsetone in a checkered design to truly give this space an old world feel.

Imagery captured and produced by my beautiful friend and designer @grace_start.
