Client highlight Reel #2 2026

Kicking off the week we have

@braden.f.h has worked with me for 2.5+ years hit a 640lbs deadlift not only as a meet PR and total PR, but a nail in the coffin to win the entire state championship. This marks +110lbs to the meet PR Since we started!

@bengbenavides has worked with me for only 12 weeks now and already hit an 11lbs squat PR of 645lbs. This is monstrous weight and we’re looking to smack 660lbs in the face at our competition in 3 weeks.

@randerson.powerlifts has worked with me for 6 months now and hit a deadlift PR of 545lbs. Ryan has been one of the most fatigue sensitive lifters I’ve ever worked with, hitting this PR meant A LOT because of all the problem solving that went into achieving it.

@fosterstrength_ just finished his 6th block with me and despite working 70-80 hours a week for a moving company we hit 235kg as an all time PR squat. He’d been plateaued on squat for years prior to starting due to his programming not accounting for his work fatigue.

@judeossianlifts has worked with me for just under a year. Jude is in High school and just hit a bench PR of 315lbs X3. This is massive weight for only weighing 181lbs‼️

@hohoaye is my second oldest active client of 2+ years. We finally broke through the 600lbs barrier on deadlift and boy was it satisfying. Much more to come for Brandon in 2026🤝

@future.shw has worked with me for almost two years and we’ve added just under 100lbs to his bench since we started. Hitting this 308lbs bench as a high schooler is a big milestone!

Squat - 215 / 474 x 2 (2.5kg under comp pr definite double pr)
- Kinda lost balance on ascent during 1st but saved it
Bench - 147.5 / 325 x 1 (9lb over comp pr and 5lb atpr)
- Bench feelin good
Deadlift - 210 / 463 x 2 (double pr & 2.5kg under stiff bar atpr)
- Big strides in the deadlift, need to clean up lockout and we’re golden

Squat: 242.5kg//534lbs +33lbs would be 50lbs with 550
(250kg/550lbs shown)
Bench: 140kg//308lbs +27lbs
Deadlift: 265kg//585lbs +33lbs
Total 647.5kg//1427lbs +93lbs

90lbs on the meet PR in 7 months is damn good work. Spoke this into existence on the last slides after the last meet. Openers were in fact in the range of his numbers from the last meet. Salty about the squat but it happens, he completed all 9 attempts in my book and I’m proud of him.

Very happy to say he had more in the tank on everything and we will be coming back to the next meet to break past this performance. @hohoaye is an incredible worker, athlete, and friend. It’s a pleasure coaching him and having him on the team.
