❤️ They trust us to protect them, especially when they can’t cool down. ::: Hot days can be dangerous for our furry friends. Dogs don’t cool down the same way we do — they rely mostly on panting and releasing heat through their paws, which makes it harder for them to regulate their body temperature. A simple cool-down routine can make a big difference: 🐾 Offer fresh, cool water throughout the day FOLLOW US and check the BIO for more tips like this #PetCareTips #doglife #healthydogsarehappydogs #dogsupplements #doglover ¿How do dogs cool themselves down? ¿Can dogs get heat strokes in summer? ¿What should I do if my dog overheats? ¿How can I help my senior dog stay safe in hot weather? One of the things I love most about Long Beach is how many incredible small businesses, creators, makers, and entrepreneurs we have here. One of the things I hear most often? "I know I should be posting more on Instagram, but I don't know what to post." "I have ideas, but I don't have a strategy." "I feel like I'm doing a lot of work and not seeing results." So we're doing something about it. On Wednesday, June 10th, I'm hosting a hands-on Instagram workshop where we'll actually work on our accounts together, while connecting with other local business owners and creators. This isn't a sit-back-and-listen lecture. Bring your phone, your Instagram account, and your questions. You'll leave with: ✔️ A stronger Instagram bio ✔️ Content ideas tailored to your business ✔️ Simple Instagram SEO and caption strategies ✔️ Clear direction for what to post next Plus networking, refreshments, and small bites provided by the @DesperadoCafeLB 📍 @PlayaMarketplace 📅 Wednesday, June 10 ⏰ 5:00–7:30 PM Space will be intentionally limited to keep the workshop interactive and personalized. Registration link is in my bio. I'd love to see you there! #LongBeachVendors #LongBeachBusiness #LongBeachSmallBusiness #LongBeachEvents #ExploreLongBeach

Does your dog feel Mondays… more than you do? 🐶💔 Some dogs don’t complain. They just slow down… quietly. Less energy. Less excitement. Less of that spark you fell in love with. And most pet parents think… “it’s normal.” But what if it’s not just Monday mood? What if your dog is trying to tell you something? 🐾 ✨ Supporting their joints, mobility & daily comfort can bring back the energy they deserve. Because they never stop loving you… so we shouldn’t stop showing up for them. ❤️ Are these the questions you have about your dog? Here are some of the answers ¿Why is my dog low energy suddenly? Could be joint discomfort, aging, or inflammation. ¿How can I improve my dog’s mobility naturally? Daily movement, proper diet, and natural joint supplements help. ¿What are signs of joint pain in dogs? Slowing down, stiffness, limping, or less excitement to move. ¿Do joint supplements really work for dogs? Yes—ingredients like glucosamine and turmeric support mobility. ¿When should I start giving my dog joint supplements? As early as adulthood to prevent long-term issues. 👉 TAP THE LINK & HELP your dog move like they used to 👉 Don’t wait until slowing down becomes their normal #doglovers #mobilitymatters #dogs #nourishPawsforacause #dogsupplements Credits to original creator
