Thinking about getting a mortgage? Well you should also be getting life insurance to cover that mortgage exposure. To be clear, it’s not longer a LEGAL requirement in Jamaica as it once was but I’d say it’s a common sense requirement.

[TRANSPARENCY: In recent times, I have seen ONE bank in Jamaica that has started allowing client’s to take on a mortgage without life insurance. Personally I think it is VERY irresponsible of a financial institution to do that - Imagine you bought that house with 2 incomes, could your spouse maintain that mortgage payment with 1? Or could whomever you will it to (your parent, sibling, kiddo) afford the payment? And even if they could, why let them have to?]

Let’s talk today.

💗 **Don’t just hope for the best. Prepare for it.** 🎀

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Get screened. Know your body. Take your health seriously.

And remember, a diagnosis can affect more than your health—it can affect your income, savings, and family’s financial security.

A critical illness plan can help provide a financial cushion when you need it most.

“Who do you need to become for the next 90 days?” - @adrenalineroch

The last quarter of the year is here.

And maybe if you’re being honest with yourself, you’re not where you thought you’d be by now.

That’s okay.

But don’t spend the next 99 days making excuses for the first 266.

You still have time to change the story.

Time to get disciplined.
Time to get uncomfortable.
Time to stop negotiating with the version of you that keeps making excuses.

Because the question isn’t just:

“What do I want to accomplish in the next 99 days?”

The better question is:

“Who do I have to become in the next 99 days to accomplish it?”

Excellence doesn’t require a perfect year.

Sometimes, it simply requires you to step up when you realize you’ve been playing below your potential.

So finish strong.

Not because you have something to prove to everyone else…

But because you owe it to yourself to find out what happens when you finally give your best effort.

99 days.
One final quarter.
One opportunity to finish differently than you started.

Who are you becoming? 🔥

MAN DEM!!! This one is for us.

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

Don’t wait for symptoms. Don’t assume you’re fine because you feel fine.

**Get checked. Know your risk. Have the conversation.**

And while you’re taking care of your health, make sure you’ve also considered how a serious illness could affect your finances and the people who depend on you.

**Early detection can save a life. Preparation can protect a family.**
