Anniversary party is a wrap! It’s still hard to believe we started this journey one year ago.

We started the shop with basically little to no experience. Rogier worked in kitchens since a young age and Felix knows the inside out of the food delivery industry, but besides that we just went with it. We never expected the hardship of actually running a pizza store.

Due to some hardships of renovations, many failed dough batches, it has been a reason why you might have stood in front of a closed store 2 or 3 times in the last year, and we are sorry for that! Running a pizzeria within 20 square meters is quite the challenge.

Also, the much-asked question: why the strange opening times and why we close between 14:00 and 17:00 all has to dowith making sure we keep the quality top notch. But we have a bright horizon ahead and we are working on more consistency in our opening times.

We also like to thank our staff for staying with us 🫶🏻

Also a special thanks to the best Italian produce supplier Andrea from @la_bottega_dei_gusti , his products are simply the best.

Our designer @designbyhenrik.de who went through what must be 200 design revisions

Thank you @maxxpane and @itsericnoah @mrkoln, @falstaff.magazin, @mitvergnuegenkoeln, @cologne_food_explorer the early support and putting us on the map

And our friends for the amazing support they always gave us!

Again, a big thank you to you!

✨🌈 A wonderful time in Cologne!

Celebrated friendships and Pride, and soaked up every moment catching up with everyone.

Highlights: smashing a Hyrox workout 💪, strolling the city with Kölsch in hand 🍻, epic convos over delicious food 🍽️, and the warmest Trottenberg hospitality 🫶.

Already counting down till next time!

EXPOSING the photographers on my followers list— but also exposing myself.

Some of you are sitting on insane talent but playing it safe. And honestly? I’ve been there too. It’s easy to stick to what works, to follow trends, to post what you think people want. But I’ve realized that’s not how you grow.

This isn’t just about holding you accountable, it’s about holding myself accountable, too. Every time I call this out, I’m reminding myself to push harder, to experiment, to chase the shots that actually mean something.

So if this stings, know that I feel it too. Let’s all stop coasting. Let’s make work that actually says something.
