When I found this photo from the beginning of my real estate career, I couldn’t help but smile.

Like most people starting out, I thought success would come from knowing the market, understanding contracts, and working hard.

More than 20 years later, I’ve learned that while those things matter, the biggest lessons have been about people.

The relationships you build.
The trust you earn.
The importance of staying curious.
The value of surrounding yourself with great people.
The ability to adapt because no two clients, properties, or situations are ever the same.

I’ve learned that some of my most important relationships would be with other agents. That many clients would become lifelong friends. That the best advice isn’t always “yes.” And that professionalism, preparation, and kindness never go out of style.

The houses have changed.
The market has changed.
Technology has changed.

But what I love most about this business has never changed: the people.

Thank you to every client who became a friend, every colleague who became family, and to my incredible team and the whole TTR Sotheby’s International Realty community who make this work feel like a privilege every single day.

Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and do what I love every day.

Everyone loves Farleigh — and if you know her, you understand exactly why.

She is the spark, the spice, the sass, the laughter — and the heartbeat of the team. The one who lifts everyone up, brings joy into every room, and somehow keeps us all grounded at the same time.

It’s hard to believe I met her when she was just 22 years old — at Hermès, of course, because all good things seem to start there. 🧡 From that moment on, I knew she was someone incredibly special.

Farleigh is truly one of a kind. The best mother, the best wife, the most loyal friend, and the most loving daughter. She brings warmth, humor, and heart into everything she does, and everyone who knows her is better for it.
