'What's on your Heart?'

The layout is simple.
Meet me with cacao cup in hand.
I will open the space with a guided meditation visualization or metta practice.
We will bring in intuitive movement or breathwork.
We will pray, you can offer
What is on your heart
you can offer personal prayers for loved ones, that will be consciousness magnified by the group.
We will closely with a weekly poem chosen or crafted to instill connection, reverence and sweetness in your hearts.

My intention is to create a touchstone for weekly connection. An opportunity to gather for free,
For freedom ans to honor our hearts. This is not a class,
Or a workshop but a space to share our inner worlds and honor your inner landscapes

What to do to join?

Simply go to my linktreeCacao link with my discount and get Heartblood Cacao. It is best that we keep it the same land and same hands that cultivated.

Integration is a crucial, yet commonly overlooked part of any experience that we would call 'deep work'. Integration is how we move forward from a medicinal expansive experience by allowing the new shifts, paradigms, and ways of being and seeing, to ripple out in a grounded and heart-centered way. It is about taking the blessings of the medicine and finding useful, concrete, and positive ways of incorporating them into the rhythm of your daily life.

Inner Landscapes is a psychedelic integration group counseling and insight process unfolding over 9 weeks.

Inner Landscapes allows for a foundational shift through adapting, adjusting and further developing the framework with which you operate. Subtle and not so subtle shifts in perception, outlook, and receptivity will become magnified as we process your experience. "Expansive medicine experiences teach us how to be Spirit
but not necessarily how to be a human. Integration teaches
us how to merge, psyche, spirit and soul" -Ae

Informed by the natural unfolding of your process, I will utilize my skill-sets in expressive arts, somatic release, relational/cultural philosophy, nonviolent communication, ritual, eco therapy, yin yoga, animism, internal family systems and Chinese medicine to personalize your experience. The access points of imagery, song, poetry, and somatic experiences will allow for a full body, mind, and spiritual experience.
We will be studying as a group with two half day experientials, online group calls and a final overnight retreat! This is an opportunity to heal within community~

This program is for you:
If you yearn to find deeper meaning, seek insight into new life direction or crave magical within the mundane; if you wish to develop greater depth in personal relationships, if you seek to bring your authentic full self into life; if you crave sense of connection with cosmos. This process requires your effort and a container or safety within the home.
