Actually, you can cover a lot of ground by sitting still. 🫶❤️‍🔥

A 3 day meditation retreat, filled with practice, inquiry, connection, and a whole lot of being together. So so grateful for this crew and everything we shared.

Up next is the newest addition to our Advanced Posture Clinics: Physical Assists. Join us for a hands-on posture clinic exploring the mechanics, intention, and nuance of skillful assisting. Expect lots of giving, receiving, experimenting, and learning by doing. 20 hours of continuing education, November 20-22, only at PC Yoga Collective.

Grow. Learn. Practice. ♥️

And back home we went…

It’s cliche to say Burning Man is one of the most unique places on earth, because it is. Truly a portal for the human spirit. Every single part of it is hard, the planning, the building, the surviving in the unpredictable weather: bouncing between boiling hot and freezing cold, not being clean, the intensity, facing yourself without daily life distractions. Yet every single time I leave I feel more human, more connected to life, humanity, and myself. Best burn yet 🔥

So excited for my first official women’s wellness retreat I am hosting next week. August 31-September 5. We are sold out! I’m so grateful to get to lead these ladies to coming back to their true nature. Reconnecting more deeply to themselves and the sisterhood. It’s going to be such a special week!

these circles are not really about perfection, performance or “having it all together.”

they are about presence.
about gathering.
about being human together.

this next circle is especially meaningful to me because it feels like coming back to my heart and to something that has brought so much purpose and connection into my life this past year.

come join the circle,
stay for connection & picnic ♡
