Just a few moms at a coffee shop talking about wellness, life, and building something that fits around our families ☕️🤍

Grateful for the women who mentor me, the ones building alongside me, and the new ones saying yes lately. This community keeps getting better. ✨

Barbie and I had another training session today with @holistick9coaching this time at my office. Chrissy had me get Barbie this cot so she would have a designated place to be and rest while I am working. A safe place. It is my job to help her learn to stay there and not allow people she does not know to invade her safe space. I need to do those things consistently and to reward her when she is behaving appropriately.

There are so many similarities between Barbie’s training and therapy with people dealing with Trauma and Anxiety. All of us need a safe place to be. We all need to be recognized and rewarded by people we love. Most of all, we need to be able to trust someone because their behavior is consistent ❤️

We added soft hi-lights to blend her natural sun kissed locks. Gorgeous ☀️

Beignet started training today. She needed a big refresher course! And I did too.

Chelsea has served as a Therapy Dog since she was 2yrs old. This is her last year so she can retire with grace and ease. She’s been providing her services for 7 Lucky years and has enjoyed every moment of bringing love and joy to others in many states and at several facilities. I enjoyed this photo with her today and felt it was the perfect time for her Retirement Announcement 🍀🐾💚
It’s been a great Journey and we Love our Princess. I’m certain she’ll enjoy her retirement. #therapydog #retirement #luckynumber7 #boxersofinstagram

Beignet did her first Fast CAT fun run today. After her first run, she got the hang of it, and loved it! And thankful to her pretty flower from @luna.rayz, people knew she was a girl! Thank to the training she had received from @holistick9coaching, I can take her out in public with out going bat shit crazy!

Mama took us for a walk today. It was a lot of fun. We even got to wear our new flowers from @luna.rayz. Worked on our skills that mama learned from @holistick9coaching
