POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

HI WE ARE HERE WITH A FOUR MONTH LATE RECAP!

Give it up for our vendors! The first two photos are our president Cam’Ron and our vice president Lexie, who helped orchestrate this entire event on a volunteer basis (they always do). So much of what we do is not possible without them, and we are so grateful for their physical, intellectual, fiscal, emotional, and social support year round.

THE VENDORS! Everyone came to provide you with a marvelous experience! Crafts, home resources, food, clothing, health resources, education, bubbles, joy, woohoo! All for the love of you!

We hope you got to experience what they had to offer, and we are so grateful to have had their knowledge and passion!

The last photo is of Sandra, the Executive director of @victorygardeni . She not only hosted us yet again, but supported our vision for this block party as well as bringing so many vendors together. Thank you so much for what you do Dr.Sandra!

Story of Mentorship: Paying It Forward

Every teacher has a teacher.

From the very beginning, mentors shared their wisdom with us. The @holisticlifefoundation was one of those mentors, helping us see new possibilities for bringing yoga and mindfulness to children and educators.

We brought those lessons home. And then something beautiful happened. The learning kept moving.

An educator learned a practice from us.
A student experienced it in their classroom.
A teacher shared it with a colleague.

For 10 years, we’ve had the privilege of learning from others—and sharing what we’ve learned with educators who carry it forward every day.

Help us keep the learning moving.

Give $10 for 10 years of impact. 💙💚 Link to give in BIO.

Cheers to 25 years, @holisticlifefoundation! 💙✨

This weekend, bby + me attended the Power of Presence Gala @1840splaza (Theory’s 1st gala 😆!). Did you know HLF has spent 25 years bringing #yoga, #mindfulness, and the power of #breath to young people and communities across Baltimore and beyond?

What a beautiful legacy…and a joy to celebrate it together. 🩵

Here’s to the next 25 years!!!

Last day of Collision Goat Training/ SUPERKIDS Summer enrichment program with @parksandpeople . In addition to @holisticlifefoundation , Collision Goat Training and Wellness, LLC has served approximately 300 students…the LARGEST attendance of students that we served daily for 5 weeks!

The experience was an opportunity for growth, learning, authentic relationships and partnerships! I am extremely grateful for everyone that had a hand in making these enrichment programs successful and exciting for kids!

Honestly, the kids were amazing, engaging, shared stories and challenged themselves to do something meaningful and different every day!

I was able to provide a small gift for each student that spoke to their interest as a token of my appreciation for their willingness to allow me to guide them…it truly put me in a space of gratitude!

I’m looking forward to future partnerships with @parksandpeople @holisticlifefoundation and other organizations and schools for enrichment experiences promoting Social Emotional Learning and Movement!

Special thank you to @b2bgym410 @holisticlifefoundation and @sel4theculture for helping me to pull this off successfully! I am extremely grateful and I could not have successfully achieved this mission without your talent and dedication to our youth!

Thank you!

Eight hours over four weeks with K through 5th graders at @holisticlifefoundation

Through play, they learned where food comes from, how greens grow in a small space, cared for microgreens from seed to harvest, and tasted what they grew.
Growing things pairs naturally with their wellness mission. At What The Sprout, we believe food is where wellness starts, and kids should get to touch it, grow it, and taste it themselves.
We’ll bring the seeds. Where should we come next?
Thanks for having us.

Wellness and food sovereignty grow from the same root.

We’re partnering with the @holisticlifefoundation a Baltimore-based, BIPOC-led organization that’s been serving our communities for 20+ years. Their work is mindfulness and wellness. Ours is the food system.

Together, we’ll grow food alongside Baltimore City youth. They’ll learn where it comes from, how it grows, and what their own hands can grow.

At the Eckhart Tolle Foundation, we believe Presence creates a ripple of healing, compassion, and transformation that extends far beyond the individual. Each year, we are honored to support organizations bringing awareness, connection, and care into communities around the world.

We are proud to announce our 2026 grant recipients, mission-aligned partners whose work reflects the Foundation’s commitment to easing suffering and supporting human awakening in deeply meaningful, practical ways. From schools and correctional facilities to youth programs and healing initiatives, these organizations are helping people reconnect to themselves, their communities, and the present moment.

Together, these grantees represent a growing movement translating Presence into action through education, healing, mentorship, rehabilitation, and community care. Congratulations to our 2026 Grant Recipients!

The @holisticlifefoundation is leading a movement to help young people in schools and communities discover their inherent worth and create safer communities.

Through research-based programs including yoga, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, they are promoting long-term wellness and resilience among youth.

Remember, when we prioritize brain health and wellness for our youth, we aren’t just preventing violence; we are nurturing a culture of safer spaces and stronger communities. 🌿🧘

PE is actually one of the most important classes students can utilize to learn about wellness and carry into adulthood. Big shout to my PE coaches who welcome me sharing wellness thru yoga!
