Another magical 'Let's get Intuitive Night' ✨️ 💛. It was the first session for these beautiful ladies ... we practiced detecting auras with dowsing rods, learnt how to see and read aura colours, they started to channel energy for healing using pendulums to detect chakra blocks and ended with an introduction to reading Oracle cards.

Teddy, the cat 🐈 😻 was living his best life tonight, having cuddles throughout the session ❤️. He's even now requested to attend sessions!

If you are interested in joining one of these nights to develop your own abilities (we all have them, it's not an exclusive club 😉) please get in touch as I'm starting to form the next group. DM or email Reikimedium@outlook.com to register your interest.

Those that know me, know I don’t post on social media very often but I feel this lady @holisticnicky deserves a mention. I stumbled across her account through another lady @emma_nicolet that I follow (and who’s account I also love) and I can honestly say, although I have never met her in person (why do I have to live so far away!?) She has been one of the nicest people I have ever ‘met’. I started following her because firstly, she was recommended by Emma and secondly, I was intrigued in reflexology. I treated myself to one of her mini reflexology kits as a Christmas present to myself and due to being peri-menopausal, it was to encourage self care. The pack includes ‘how to’ cards on reflexology points for issues such as sinus problems, anxiety, reproductive issues (all symptoms of the menopause) and much more. I’ve suffered years of skin issues and Nicky has very kindly helped me with this too. Menopause has a lot to answer for and honestly, without this lady and her products and kind advice, I think I’d still look and feel like a dried out old bag (literally). Please give her a follow and share her account. You don’t know who you will help by doing so. Now who wants to visit lancing with me? I NEED an Indian head massage from her 🥰

Ever wondered how you can improve your sleep with reflexology?

This week we teamed up with the amazing @holisticnicky to teach us some EASY techniques to HELP YOU SLEEP!

The areas we worked on were the hands which like the feet are connected to the meridian lines which connect through your whole body so you can work on your hands or feet and effectively bring harmony to the body and mind.

Nicky taught us this short 10 minute routine using our Sleepy Head balm designed to do just before you sleep.

Head over to @holisticnicky page for many more easy reflexology techniques that you can do yourself.

Save this video to keep it handy when you need extra help in getting to sleep!

Let us know how you get on!

This is my super relaxed face after my awesome reflexology treatment with Nicky Smith @holisticnicky

As a holistic practitioner myself, I understand the huge benefits in making time for my own self-care, but I don't do it nearly enough. The opportunity for a treatment with Nicky came up and I'm so glad I took it!

My treatment was so calming, just the tonic I needed after an intense few weeks. Nicky is really knowledgable, with a naturally reassuring energy about her and a sensitive touch. Her passion for caring for others just pours off her in waves. I will definitely be going back for more! Thank you beautiful lady Xxx
