🐍✨Living in my body is the biggest blessing I have received in this lifetime.

I didn’t know this level of connection was possible until I embarked on my Spiritual journey and further deepened it through the practice of Kundalini Activation.

Oftentimes we disconnect from the body, from the present moment because of trauma, lack of knowledge, inherited disconnection, chronic stress, and other reasons.

This results in the body screaming for our attention in other ways: through symptoms, disease, and other imbalances.

But there is a better way to live life and it all starts from within.

If you’re ready to connect even deeper to yourself, to the divine, embody your higher self and guide others ⬇️

KUNDALINI ACTIVATION FACILITATOR TRAINING
🐍 Nov 16th to 22nd

To activate your life force and become a facilitator of this frequency means to remember and honor your sensitivity, your body, your pleasure, your power, your intuition.

Through this work, we balance our masculine and feminine energies. All men and women are made of masculine and feminine energy and through balancing and healing each, we are able to become whole within ourselves.

🐍✨To join the training, comment on this post, and I’ll send you the application.

KUNDALINI ACTIVATION FACILITATOR TRAINING

Kundalini Activation is the art of working with Life Force Energy.

Through connecting with the body and Divine Life Force, we guide participants on an inward journey where they can release, expand, and reconnect with themselves.

During a session, participants may experience trembling, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or altered states of consciousness. Through breath, music, touch, and sound, we create a space that supports nervous system regulation, body awareness, and emotional expression.

This work brings you home to your true self, where empowerment, wisdom, healing, and co-creation with the Divine can naturally unfold.

I always say, we CANNOT heal without Divine Life Force, without our Creator.

It is one of the greatest blessings to guide others on a journey of reconnecting with this living pulse within their own bodies, remembering the divine essence that lives within us all.

✨Ready to deepen your connection to this work and learn to facilitate for yourself and others?

Women’s Circle + Sound Healing: Sacred Femininity

Come spend an evening with us at Dharma Healing House 💗

This month our women’s circle is focused on sacred femininity and what that means to each of us. Nim & Gaby will guide us through a women’s circle, sharing, different exercises and rituals, followed by sound healing.

Afterwards we’ll hang, do a clothing swap, meet some new girlfriends, and for anyone who wants to stay for the spa, we’ll have the sauna + ice bath open.

Come as you are. Bring a mat, bathing suit, towel, a few clothes to swap if you have them, and an open heart.

Thursday September 17th | 7–9pm
$33 Circle

These rainy days have us craving cozy plans!
Think intimate dinners, sound healing, breathwork, art galleries and/or lots of workouts.

And maybe a rainy day karaoke night at @trippinganimalsbrewing 😉

Let us know if you check any of these, or share your event with us a week before so we can add them to this list!

🦋✨🌻💞 8/8 portal is here

The 8 is the infinity symbol. Infinite power, endless potential. All symbolic of the eternal nature of Source.

Breath this alignment in. Thats all it asks of you. And set your greatest intentions. 💛

Today I honored a past version of myself

The one who chose from innocence. From the process of questioning and getting to know my intuition.

And I took an opportunity to symbolically burry that version of myself, with gratefulness for every soul, element, and situation that led me here. With pure love and admiration because it’s always our shadow that reinforces our light.

Through words, ritual, and an offering I felt the mountains and waters supporting me and my sisters in this shift, as were in similar realizations, which is to remember our true power as women, which lies in our intuition, the voice of our bodies, our standards, consciously creating a life and choosing situations that support the life and vision we hold for ourselves and the future generations🩷🌊🏔️
