💗MORE THAN PINK💗 September 27th was an incredibly special day in Milwaukee as breast cancer survivors, families, friends and supporters came together for the 2026 Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk. It was amazing to see so many people come together to spread awareness, raise funds for breast cancer research, and support those currently battling this disease — while also celebrating the strength of the survivors who continue to inspire all of us. A huge congratulations to Nikki Panico for once again doing an amazing job bringing this incredible community together. Your dedication and energy help make this event so special year after year. And a very special THANK YOU to Murphy & Prachthauser Law Firm for being the #1 donor to Stephanie’s Superstars. Three Brothers has been serving traditional Serbian food since 1956, and stepping inside feels like you’re being welcomed into someone’s home — because that’s essentially the point. Have you ever tried a beer BEFORE it was ready to be released? Last month the BCBC got together at @newbaronsbrewcoop to learn more about their incubator program and @nosey_neighbor_brewing had a honey Kolsch in the tank that was just about a week away from being ready to be kegged and distributed. So they let us taste it! I'm a sucker for 🍯 beers so if you find/found this one around, highly recommend. Then we popped over to @componentbeer and tried their IPA Fest beer days before the competition (which many of us also attended) - Nelson Overflow & I got a flight that included two styles that in July I usually avoid: a barleywine and a pumpkin beer. I cannot honestly weigh in on the IPA because those aren't my thing but it was actually alright drinking the others, though I'm sure they'd be more enjoyable in cooler weather. #craftbeerwisconsin #brewcitybeercollective #beerstagram #beerventures #latergram

What a night! A couple weeks ago, we had the pleasure of attending the @yelichhomeplate Charity Concert and VIP Parties, thanks to a @midwesthikesandhops giveaway! The Christian Yelich Home Plate Charity Event brought together Brewers players, local celebrities, amazing restaurants, and generous supporters for an unforgettable evening benefiting a great cause. The night began with a VIP pre-party at The Trade Hotel featuring a silent auction, great food, and plenty of drinks before heading to the new Landmark Credit Union Live venue for an incredible concert with The Fray and Jake Owen, hosted by Charlie Berens. The celebration continued back at The Trade Hotel with an after-party packed with more food, drinks, golf simulators, dancing, and entertainment. Played with fire (on purpose) at @hotshopglass for a glass blowing class in Racine and it was 🔥 From molten glass to actually shaping and blowing our own pieces, the whole experience was part art, part chaos, and way hotter than expected. Huge respect for the skill it takes—one wrong move and your masterpiece turns into a droopy mess real quick. Best part: walking away with something you made yourself. What an amazing evening of fundraising and education at @susangkomen’s annual gala, Bow Ties & Blooms! Thank you @nikki.phl.mke for inviting us to this wonderful night at @discoveryworldmke As a breast cancer survivor, this night was extra special and we could feel all the love and support for each other in the room. The food was delicious, the drinks were flowing, the energy was high, and no tornado was going to stop this party! When we had to temporarily evacuate to the garage for cover, the music and dancing continued, making this all the more memorable for everyone! Thank you Fire Chief Lipski for keeping everyone safe! We learned about Gail’s Law, which requires health insurance policies to fully cover medically necessary supplemental breast screenings or diagnostic breast examinations for those with denser breast tissue or those who are at an increased risk of breast cancer. Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of early and annual mammograms as a preventive measure. Stephanie’s experience has reinforced the significance of regular screenings. Korean BBQ is best shared with friends! We had a great time at @kpotwauwatosa with @mke__markymark and @n_smedley, enjoying plenty of grilled meats and hotpot! We had the pleasure of living in Seoul, South Korea for two years and the BBQ experience at KPot always brings us back to those fun times.
