Momentum 2026 Convention

I can’t believe it’s already been a full week since @otfmomentum2026 I find it hard to find the words to say how much I appreciate all the support and encouragement I received. I’m honored to shared a conversation and/or pics with folks that are equally passionate about coaching @orangetheory to change others lives.

I really do mean it… if there is ever anything I can do to help you out or if you ever have any feedback for me to improve this page, don’t hesitate. Love yall 👊🍊🧡,
Rudy

Congratulations to Coach Emily, Natalie T., Holly, and Chad for absolutely crushing their HYROX Doubles races this weekend in NYC! 🔥🖤

Your hard work, determination, and resilience paid off, and we couldn’t be more proud of you. You embraced the challenge, pushed through every station, and proved that you’re capable of more than you think. Amazing job, fam! 🧡💪

Interested in signing up for a HYROX race of your own? OTF South Lyon is an official HYROX Training Club, offering HYROX-specific training classes multiple times each week. Members also receive early access to HYROX race registration!

Send us a message or chat with one of our coaches to learn more!

This past weekend I had the opportunity to take the court again in honor of the 30 years anniversary for the @detroitpistonsdancers (formerly Automotion) ❤️✨

It was surreal to have the chance to catch-up and dance with so many people from so many different eras of my time and journey with the Pistons, ranging from just a couple years ago back to over a decade ago and even some who became friends after the hardwood.

@nmiramont35, thank you for all the work you did to make this special experience happen for us. And thank you for taking a chance on my 20 year old self back in 2013. Your belief in me then and now, means the world.

The Detroit Pistons and DPD will forever and always hold a special place in my heart. Memories and bonds to last a lifetime. 💃🏽💙
