Thanks so much for having us @allbodiespilatesco the coolest morning dressing up in the 80s and getting some aerobics & pilates in the sunshine right on the beach and then our fave coffee @somethin.somethin.nz xx

You are what makes this community 🖤 Here is a small snip of our community… because fitting everyone in one post is impossible 😅🖤

Every early alarm, every sweaty fist pump, every “one more round”. None of it happens without you.

👇 Tell us in the comments: what’s your favourite thing about the S30 community?

✈️🌴 TICKET TO PARADISE, THAT’S A WRAP! 🌴✈️

What an incredible six weeks, finishing with one VERY exciting moment… and a massive congratulations to Shardae, our Ticket to Paradise winner! 🥳

Shardae is walking away with a $5,000 Flight Centre Travel Voucher and we honestly couldn’t be happier for her. ❤️✈️

One of the things we absolutely love about S30 is being able to create opportunities and experiences like this for our members. It’s pretty special being able to give back to the people who show up, support us and make our community what it is. 🫶

And we simply couldn’t do things like this without other amazing local businesses getting behind us.

A HUGE thank you to @shoreline_poolservices, @washnshinepapamoa, @taxagent99, @hutchinsonhomesnz and Flight Centre for supporting Ticket to Paradise and helping us make this possible. Your support means so much to us as a small local business. ❤️

And to every single member who got involved over the six weeks, THANK YOU! We hope you had as much fun with it as we did.

Ticket to Paradise 2026… what a ride. ✈️🌴❤️

And who knows what we’ll come up with next… 👀🔥

Our amazingly multitalented @jemma_alexander is here to share her journey with us 🌸

From the beginning Jemma has been consentient and open to suggestion.

With her main concern starting as acne, it was important we repaired the lipid barrier first with standard Caci facials and address internal inflammation. Once the barrier was intake and her internal health was supported correctly we moved straight to microneedling ❤️

We cannot wait to see what's next for our beautiful super star 🥰

Thank you so, so, so much for sharing Jemma.

Sometimes, the biggest change starts by looking beyond the skin. 🤍

We are SO proud of our beautiful Aman for sharing her skin journey with us. ✨

After trying multiple different treatment approaches and even seeing a dermatologist, she reached a point where she knew she needed to try something different.

That’s where her journey with Caci Papamoa began.

Instead of simply treating what was visible on the surface, we took a more holistic approach — looking at the potential internal triggers, lifestyle factors and habits that could be contributing to her skin concerns, while creating a personalised treatment and skincare plan to support her skin from the inside out.

Her journey hasn’t been about a quick fix. It’s been about understanding her skin, making sustainable lifestyle changes, staying consistent and learning what works for her.

And the result? More than just changes in her skin — it’s the confidence she has gained along the way. 🤍

We’re incredibly proud of you for trusting us, committing to your journey and sharing your story to help others who may be feeling stuck too.

Your skin journey is exactly that — a journey. And sometimes, taking a different route can make all the difference. ✨

Event gratitude ❤️

We recently hosted a wonderful evening at Caci Papamoa, focused on education, connection and supporting women through menopause. ✨

We were honoured to welcome Dr Linda Dear, a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP), who shared her knowledge and expertise to help educate our guests about menopause and the changes that can occur during this stage of life.

Our guests also enjoyed a treatment demonstration with our nurse, showcasing our new Sunekos® bio stimulating treatment—designed to support the skin’s natural processes and promote a refreshed, healthy-looking appearance.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Linda Dear, our wonderful team and, most importantly, all of our guests who joined us and made the evening so special. 💛

Sunekos containing hyaluronic acid and amino acids is a class III medical device that modifies the structure of mature skin, restoring volume, filling wrinkles and folds in the skin and in scar sites. Sunekos has risks and benefits. Sunekos should not be used on patients: with known hypersensitivity to any of its components; presenting with a general infection, inflammation or irritation in the area to be treated; or in patients predisposed to coagulation disorders. A local reaction may rarely occur, caused by hypersensitisation phenomena, with symptoms that include oedema and sensation of burning and/or itching. These reactions normally resolve within two days. Consult your healthcare professional to see if Sunekos is right for you. For more information refer to the instructions for use. Trying to get a group of feral moms to all be in the right place, at the right time, doing the right part of a music video should honestly qualify as a full-time job 😂

There was absolutely no reason this needed to be as difficult as it was, but apparently give us one weekend away from our kids and we completely lose the ability to follow directions 💀

The fact that we actually pulled this off is nothing short of a miracle 😂🍸
