Sunset Sounds: Holly Tapp + Per Forsberg take the stage 🎶

Last Friday, Katherine locals Holly Tapp and Per Forsberg brought their incredible sound to the Sunset Sounds stage at GYRACC. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces and new audiences come together to enjoy a night of live music under the stars.

Celebrating the women who help drive our regional and rural communities.

It was wonderful to join so many incredible women at the Nutrien x Graziher Ladies Sundowner during the Katherine Show.

A fantastic evening recognising the strength, leadership and contribution of women across our agricultural sector and regional communities. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event possible.

We’re still buzzing… and honestly, so is half of Katherine 🤭
People are STILL talking about how incredible the Govies Gala was. The food, the laughs, the dancing, the auction, the vibes… and none of it would’ve been possible without our EPIC sponsors. 💛

To every business, station, family and legend who backed us — THANK YOU. Your support didn’t just help us pull off a great night… it helped us create a moment of real community magic.

Because when the bush rallies together?Anything, is possible.

And yes… we’ve heard the whispers…

“Are you doing it again next year?”

“Well… let’s just say… you might want to keep your boots handy 😉👀”

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us bring people together for a night no one will forget. 💃🕺

Until next time… maybe. 😏✨

We are so excited to have Holly opening for us this year. Raised on a remote cattle station in the top end of Australia Holly plays with celestial imagery and soundscapes held together with a grounding, sweet country twang. Runner up on the Voice 2014, Holly has played festivals through Europe and Australia including Tasmania’s Party in the Paddock. Most recently Holly has released new track “Sunshine Bandit” and is currently working on new music for 2026.

We are so thrilled to have you @holly_tapp
