its hard to put into words what this week with the See It Be It program was like, which is embarrassing, because putting stuff into words is like my entire job.

they said it would be life-changing. i thought that was ✨a little dramatic✨ it wasn’t.

i met 19 best friends from 15 different countries. all female and non-binary creatives. it was like walking into a sci fi story where you meet every version of yourself, but they’re all much cooler and have sexy accents. and the same rip in the space time continuum leads you to holding hands with oprah and trying to get matching tattoos with someone you met 3 days ago.

it was a week of learning and unlearning. witchcraft and scary coincidences. korean skincare, thai smelling salts, and delicious brazilian pastries with names i can’t spell. i’ve never been both so dehydrated and so completely full.

in the words of the great @shyreesays , “I have spent so much time staring at the path ahead that I have mistaken not being finished for not having moved.” and in the words of me, “holy shit did you guys know there’s mcdonald’s in france”

The @cannes_lions See it Be it 2026 cam roll dump. My heart is so incredibly full, which if you know me and my endless pit of a soul that craves depth, mush and connection, you’d know that’s nearly impossible. But between a cohort of incredible women and enbies, speakers, tutors and mentors that guided us to a Nine Perfect Strangers classroom style experience (minus the micro dosing), we sobbed, healed, talked, wondered, created, dreamed, raged, laughed and so so much more. Thank you to everyone in the tag list including @mrsimoncook for having us and @oprah for peering into our souls in the very sweaty riviera. Have a scroll and behold the glory!

Being a woman is truly magical. The care, love, and nurturing we give so naturally… it’s a superpower. ✨

There’s no “proper” way to be a woman, a friend, a lover…You don’t need to be perfect, or do things a certain way, to attract beautiful friendships or love. You just need to be yourself - kind, honest, and supportive of the women around you. (You attract who you are not what you want)

At the end of my birthday night, my friends showed me exactly that, how much love, care, and support they hold for me. Watching them rally around me when I got a little sick was truly beautiful, and reminded me just how extraordinary sisterhood is.

Being a long distance daughter, sister, cousin and friend has shown me how essential it is to build a circle of women who become your family wherever life takes you. They become your sisters, your support, your home.

I hope in this lifetime you get to build friendships that last a lifetime ❤️💋

There must be something wrong with my birth certificate because there is no way I’m 38 🤯

I feel absolutely FABULOUS… fine like wine, baby… fine like wineee 😏🍷

Last night was the best birthday. I felt so deeply loved by my family, my hubby and friends!

Surround yourself with kind, thoughtful, powerful, supportive, beautiful women, and life really does feel like a fairytale, one where queens lift each other up, adjust each other’s crowns, and stand proudly side by side.

Thank you for all the love and for making me feel so incredibly special. And to everyone on this silly little app who sent birthday wishes and the sweetest messages—thank you🥹.
