Final CAT summer show 🫶🌟

What an amazing intensive to end the most amazing time I’ve had. Massive thanks to @hollybr from @hofeshco for coming in to share a snippet of ‘Grande Finale’ with us x It has been the most emotional but fulfilling week and I’m so grateful for your wisdom and care that you’ve shown us.

Lovely to choreograph and perform our grad piece ‘The freedom we forgot’ as a set ❤️

Also much love to @anetamoves who choreographed such a gorgeous and powerful piece ‘Kintsugi | Unbroken‘ and I am so thankful to Aneta and the dancers for allowing me to perform in this piece for summer show xx

The people here are so special to me and I have sooo much love for every one of you 🫶

Fuck it! Who Cares?

We build up so many unnecessary blockages around what we can or can’t do, a backlog of conscious and unconscious limitations. Fuck It is a weapon against those blocks.

It’s an invitation to move boldly without all the answers, knowing that you can bullshit if you need to, because everybody’s making it up as they go along.

⭐️Celebrating UPLIFT 2025!⭐️

We had an incredible time last month celebrating some of the North West’s most exciting emerging dance artists at our home studio.

The evening showcased new talents Matthew & Bren, and Hui-Hsin & Hui Jing, our UPLIFT artists 2025, who each presented a short work in progress following a residency this Autumn at Company Chameleon.

Alongside our UPLIFT 2025 artists, we had a special performance of ‘The Joy of Kissing’, from UPLIFT Alumni Jordan Sheard.

At Chameleon, we’re committed to raising the bar for dance in Greater Manchester. To us, this means nurturing and supporting a diverse community of dance makers with different voices, histories and stories.

If you’re a dance artist in Greater Manchester, keep an eye on our socials for future events and development opportunities in the new year!
