Well… they were right. 🤍

After packing up our lives, building a van, saying goodbye to our family and friends, and driving across Australia to start a new chapter in Perth… I’m coming home for a little while.

I’ll be back on the Central Coast for one month only, and I’d love to spend it doing what I love most! Capturing your families, your babies, your bumps, your love stories, and all the little moments in between.

This community is everything.

The friendships, love, support and encouragement I get to witness at these retreats honestly blows me away every time ✨

Women come not knowing each other and leave feeling like they’ve known each other forever.

There’s just something about the ocean… the way it softens you, opens you up, heals you, and brings everything back to what actually matters.

So excited to be running the next Seal Rocks Retreat this coming week with another group of incredible women 🫶

ahhh Perth you are 👌

I’ve always struggled to take my leave… I feel guilty, like I’m letting down my team and the people I support. But I always have to remind myself that actually stepping away isn’t letting anyone down, it’s how I make sure I can keep showing up in a way that’s present, grounded, and sustainable.

Taking leave is part of the work. It’s how we can protect our energy, reset our nervous systems, and come back with more capacity to hold space for others.
