POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What started as an idea around a table turned into a room full of people hungry to grow, build wealth, and create opportunity right here in our community.

Our Investor Summit was more than just a real estate event, it was a reminder that when the right people get in the right room, incredible things happen.

We talked about real numbers.
Real strategies.
Real mistakes.
Real wins.

From creative financing… to scaling investments… to navigating today’s market with wisdom instead of fear, the conversations were powerful, honest, and incredibly valuable.

A huge thank you to our incredible speakers who poured into this event and shared their knowledge so openly:
✨ Holly Haws
✨ Seth Schemahorn
✨ Ashley Miller

And thank you to the sponsors and supporters who helped bring this vision to life, including Grafton Sizemore with Motto Mortgage, Shelt Lewis, and so many others who believed in what we were building.

One of the most rewarding parts of the event was hearing the feedback afterward. As Cory Jewell shared:

“Walking into the Investor Summit, I expected to pick up a few ideas, but I left with a completely different perspective on investing, networking, and what’s possible right here in our own community. The level of knowledge shared in that room was incredible. From creative deal structuring to real conversations about scaling and long-term wealth, there was value in every single session.

What stood out most to me was the willingness of everyone to openly share their experiences, both the wins and the challenges. Events like this are rare, and I’m grateful to The Brantingham Group and everyone involved for creating something that genuinely poured back into local investors and business owners. I left inspired, motivated, and already looking forward to the next one.”

Most importantly, thank you to every investor, agent, business owner, and dreamer who showed up. Your presence is what made the event special.

At The Brantingham Group, we believe growth happens through collaboration, education, and community. This was just the beginning.

The future is incredibly bright and we’re grateful to be building it together. ✨

@hollyhaws_ is a mid-term rental BEAST in Wichita, KS. She coaches agents to build financial freedom through investing, and as you can see, she knows how to squeeze every available dollar out of a property. What follow up questions would you want her to answer?

💡 Scaling a Team vs. Building a Real Estate Portfolio—Which One Gives You Real Freedom? 🏡✨

Many agents assume the next step is hiring a team to scale their business. But here’s the
issue:

❌ Teams are unpredictable—employees leave, agents grow out of your team, and market shifts can wipe out half the team overnight.

✅ A real estate portfolio, when built correctly, creates financial stability and long-term wealth without relying on others’ decisions.

💡 Why Investing Wins Long-Term:
* You’re not dependent on other people’s choices to sustain your income.
* Rental properties generate cash flow whether the market is up or down.
* Some investments require more management than others, but the key difference is: it’s your choice.

🚀 Pro Tip: Instead of focusing only on team growth, consider diversifying your strategy with investment properties for true financial independence.

✨ Control Your Future: A portfolio works for you—your team works for themselves.

💡 Real Estate Agents: Make the Switch to Investing—Your Future Self Will Thank You 🏡✨

Almost every real estate agent agrees that investing is a smart move—yet so few actually make the leap. Why? Because making the switch requires commitment and a clear why.

💡 Ask Yourself This:
* Do you want to be the 73-year-old agent still showing homes on weekends because there’s no retirement plan?
* Are you willing to make short-term sacrifices to build long-term financial freedom?
* What’s stopping you from deciding that investing is for you, just like your clients?

🚀 Pro Tip: Make it hard on yourself to spend your money on “luxuries”—commit to a plan, set a deadline, and take the first step toward owning real estate, not just selling it.

✨ Your Future Depends on Today’s Decisions: Stop waiting—start investing.

💡 Flipping vs. Holding: The Deal That Got Away 🏡✨

That first accidental flip seemed like a smart, calculated move at the time. The math checked out—the profit at closing was equal to 3.5 years of perfect cash flow. But what wasn’t factored in? Appreciation.

💡 Key Takeaways from a Missed Opportunity:
* If a property is a good flip today, it will still be a good flip years from now.
* Appreciation and rent growth can far outweigh short-term cash flow gains.
* Before selling, ask: Can I keep this as a long-term investment instead?

🚀 Pro Tip: The best real estate strategy isn’t always about quick wins—it’s about maximizing long-term wealth.

✨ Hold or Flip? Choose Wisely: Some properties are worth keeping.

💡 Real Estate Agents: Stop Chasing Commissions—Start Building Wealth 🏡✨

Too many agents stay stuck in the commission cycle, always chasing the next deal instead of thinking like an investor. The problem? Years can pass, and you realize you’ve walked away from life-changing opportunities.

💡 Make the Mindset Shift:
* Don’t just sell real estate—own it.
* A big commission today means little if you’re not building long-term wealth.
* Make the decision: Enough is enough. Set a clear goal to buy your first investment deal in 2025 or scale your portfolio to financial freedom.

🚀 Pro Tip: The first step is committing to the vision. Once you do, the opportunities will start appearing.

✨ Think Beyond the Next Deal: Build wealth that lets you choose when and how you work.

💡 Real Estate Agents: Sacrifice Now, Build Wealth for Life 🏡✨

Investing in real estate isn’t just about buying properties—it’s about shifting your mindset from short-term gratification to long-term wealth.

💡 Why It’s Worth It:
* Yes, investing requires delayed gratification—but skipping one vacation today could mean financial freedom in 5-10 years.
* Instead of spending, learn to save for down payments and invest in properties that grow your wealth.
* Real estate doesn’t take 40 years to change your life—if you commit to the process, your world will look completely different in a decade.

🚀 Pro Tip: If you’re willing to make small sacrifices now, your future self will thank you tenfold.

✨ Short-Term Sacrifice, Long-Term Success: The best investment you can make is in your own future.

🏡 Real Estate Agents: Build Your Long-Term Wealth, Not Just Your Commission 💰

As a real estate agent, you’re already finding great deals—why not use them to build your own long-term portfolio? If a property is a great flip today, it will still be flippable years from now, but in the meantime, it can generate passive income and long-term wealth.

💡 Why You Should Invest in Your Own Deals:
* Buy properties where you’re getting equity at closing—you deserve to benefit from the deals you find.
* Holding a property gives you flexibility—if you ever need cash, you can sell and still profit.
* Renting it out allows you to test it as a long-term investment before deciding to sell.

🚀 Pro Tip: Before flipping, ask yourself: Can I make this work as a long-term rental? The right portfolio gives you options and financial security.

✨ Think Beyond the Next Deal: Use your expertise to build your wealth, not just your clients’.

💡 Real Estate Agents: Don’t Just Sell Homes—Invest in Them! 🏡✨

Many real estate agents spend years helping investors build wealth but never see themselves as investors. Sometimes, all it takes is a shift in mindset to realize: Why wouldn’t you invest in the deals you already know are great?

💡 Key Takeaways:
* If a deal is good enough for an investor, ask yourself: Why wouldn’t I buy it?
* Agents already have insider knowledge, market experience, and connections—huge advantages when investing.
* The biggest barrier is often mindset, not opportunity. Recognizing yourself as an investor can change everything.

🚀 Pro Tip: Next time you find a great deal, consider if it’s the right investment for you, not just your clients.

✨ From Agent to Investor: Use your expertise to build your wealth, not just your clients’.

On a serious note, one big takeaway from BBG: The clearer your message, the louder your impact. For me, that means owning my mission to help business owners and real estate professionals design a business that supports their life—not one they’re stuck running 24/7. It’s about creating freedom, profitability, and balance without losing sight of what matters most.
