This was me on graduation day, 2018, Rishikesh, India. 🧘🏾‍♀️

I had followed a dream to India for yoga teacher training, and I came home with so much more than a certificate. It was more than the poses, the philosophy, the Baghavad Gita. It was the connection to nature, to others and to the self.

It all came together in the quiet moments of deep inhales and full exhales, those moments of present breathing.

Meditation became the place where I felt aligned with myself, with others and with something bigger. Years later, it's still the heart of how I coach.

And one name has been part of this journey since 2016 @hollyholistic . From my first healing crystals to the jewelry I wear, Holly Holistic has been my source and a quiet companion on my yoga and meditation path. So I'm genuinely excited and honored to be part of their 10 year anniversary, sharing my passion for meditation with my Aláyọ Circle community. ✨

Join us for 10 Years of Intention: Crystal Talk & Meditation. Holly shares how Holly Holistic was born and gives us an intro to crystals, then I guide us through meditation.

What would shift if you moved through your days with intention, not urgency? 🤍

This Sunday, Aláyọ Circle joins @hollyholistic to celebrate their 10th year with 10 Years of Intention: Crystal Talk & Meditation, a slow, grounding morning for women who are ready to pause.

Here's what you can make of it:

🌿 Clarity. Hear how one woman's intention grew into a decade-long journey, and ask yourself what you're building.

💎 An anchor. Get an intro to crystals as simple, beautiful reminders of what you want to focus on.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Stillness. Close with a guided meditation, with no experience needed, to quiet the noise and come back to yourself.

🤝 Connection. Spend a Sunday with women who value rest, growth and joy.

Come with an open mind and leave with an intention to carry into the weeks ahead.

📅 Sunday, 11 October | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
