Happy Galentine’s Day my loves 💕✨

What a day. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for every single one of you who came and shared this special afternoon with us 🤍

Seeing you all move through The Method X, reset in the sound bath, sip matcha, brave the cold plunge ❄️ and unwind in the infrared sauna, was everything I hoped it would be and more. The energy in the room was just so beautiful.

Thank you for showing up, for connecting, for supporting each other and for helping us build this little Your Yoga community together 🤍

A huge thank you as well to all of our incredible vendors who helped bring the event to life, we truly couldn’t have done it without you.
