Still on a high from this past weekend!
Planning my husband’s graduation celebration took time, dedication, and plenty of coordinating—but it was all worth it to honor the man who asks for so little and deserved everything.

From the immaculate setup to the food that was to die for and desserts that would make you wanna slap your momma—every detail was intentional, and every moment was unforgettable.

Huge shoutout to my amazing event planner Aaliyah at @eventsparadiseonline —your touch made it flawless!
And to our phenomenal vendors who brought the vision to life:
@gtgprints | @ejz_rentals | @eventunltd | @potlucks_bar_grill | @adimeanndozen | @potluckscateringservices | @prettypotionsbartending | @key2media | @crberry17 | @twenty3gvisuals | @icraveglam

Our friends and family? Vibes unmatched.
Frederick’s crew? SOLID. I appreciate each and every one of y’all.
My crew? SOLID. I don’t know what I’d do without y’all.

And to those who stepped in to help without me even asking—I’ll never forget that.

My man mastered it, and we celebrated all weekend long.
I’m just glad I could deliver the moment he truly deserved.

JFOB—I’m proud of you bae and I’ve got your front, back and sides forever!

“The ultimate test of who I am—sacrificing, balancing, and innovating through challenge, lifted by community, and powered by purpose.”

That’s how I’d describe my MBA journey.

The last two years have been a continuous test—one I knew would be worth it, but one I had to face head-on. Through every sacrifice, every challenge, and every pivot, I kept moving forward.

I’m incredibly grateful for this experience. At Scheller, I had the privilege of learning alongside some of the most brilliant, creative, and driven individuals—many of whom I now call friends. The support of this community helped carry me to the finish line, and I’ll always be thankful for it.

This past weekend was the greatest display of love. My people showed up from near and far to celebrate this achievement. If you know me, you know I’m not one for the spotlight—I prefer to be in the background, quietly making things happen. But I was deeply moved by the kind words and the presence of those who celebrated with me. We had a time, all weekend long.

Now, I’m taking a moment to pause, reflect, and truly process what I’ve accomplished.

Shoutout to the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Class of 2025—we did it!

The best thing about being a dad is being able to pass down legacies and traditions. I grew up on SC State’s campus, going to pre-school through 8th grade up there, it was the place I fell in love with HBCU football. Fall Saturdays at Oliver C. Dawson and away games and classics were the thing I looked forward to the most. Although I broke the family tradition by going to A&T, I’ll always have love for the hometown team except when they’re lining up against my Aggies.

Bringing Saige to her second A&T and State game but her first in the Burg was special. I let her mom and Gigi talk me into the shirt, but she loved it. Even though we snapped our winning streak against them, my girl had a good time at the Tailgate and at the game. She was locked in when the @b_gmm marched in and at halftime when @ncatgoldendelight did their feature, she even got up when the @scsumarching101band played “get up for the bulldogs.”

Slowly but surely turning her into a football girl. We’ll get right on the field eventually, but until then me and shrugged it off. #AggiePride always and forever though!
