Saying that doing more cardio is not going to help you lose body fat is completely false!!

When you’re already on top of your nutrition and your training and you hit a roadblock on your fitness journey, the biggest factor that is going to help you surpassed that roadblock is going to be adding in cardio.

It doesn’t have to be strictly stairmaster treadmill or running it can just be upping your overall activity level to burn more calories.

If you are stuck in your fitness journey, even though you’re doing everything right, Macros, I’ll reach out to you right away

The guys I coach who run their own thing all say the same thing. There’s no time to eat right.

Every time, it’s the same fix. One lunch, packed or bought, built around their macros, built around the schedule they already have. Not a new schedule. The one they’ve got.

What does your lunch look like on your worst day? Tell me below.
Comment MACROS and I’ll send you yours.

175 → 150 → 128 lbs

No GLP-1s. No peptides. Just diet, training, and consistency , the old school way. 💪🔥🥹

Your body won’t train exactly the same after your baby. Your schedule will be crazy, but finding time will be worth it .

I was you a year ago. If you’re ready to rebuild the real way, DM me. 🤍🧡🧡🧡

So proud to show everyone @carloslugobeltran transformation!!

He proves that owning a business and being a dad is not an excuse on why you shouldn’t take care of yourself.

They are reasons why you should get professional help from people who know what they are doing.

Just like trying to grow your business you get the right team to build and scale it higher. Once you find the right system and show up everyday while trusting the process anything is possible!!

If you are a business owner and want real results that are going to last DM me or Comment “PLAN” to start
