Well hot diggity dog, I logged into my ReZen account today (our ΓEA⅃ Broker) backend and checkout the last 30 days to see what’s up and I have to share some of the freaking wins from these amazing people!! You become the conversations you’re in. Choose them on purpose. It makes all the difference. Congrats to all of you for these accomplishments I saw today! And I see all of you who didn’t have anything listed like this on the back end today but that yet have hit major milestones and wins! Like @sarahmajor_az for becoming a mentor. Like @mindyejones for leading agents through a 3 day real estate communication intensive + Exactly What to Say Certification, for @the_ethridge_team for hosting a class this week for agents on How to Win, Market & Luxury Real Estate, for for @yourphoenixrelobestie for telling me today that she’ll double her business this year, @thekellygatz for sharing with me this morning it’s her two year anniversary when we are in Vegas next week and how grateful she is that she moved to Real, for @jessievrealty for being pumped on going to see all her fellow Real agents next week at Rise…. I can go on and on. So much gratitude for getting to be apart of all of your businesses in any way I can!

Summer is over!!! The last month was so great!!!! I spent half of it finishing up living in the mountains and the other half in the valley and in California. All while running multiple businesses. One of my goals is always to create experiences and memories for my family and when I look back at July we totally accomplished that. I bring that into my business as well. I want to create experiences for entrepreneurs through rooms and looking back at July, we totally accomplished that too! Sometimes it’s not about the number goals you hit but really reflecting on how you felt going through the last month, how you showed up, how you made people feel, and how present you were. July was a hit and stoked for August and being back in routine 🫶

Arizona showed up in a big way this quarter, and I could not be more proud. Real released its Q2 2026 National Top 50 Production Winners, and Arizona is represented across every category. Even more incredible, one of our Arizona teams earned the title of the #1 team in the entire country! Individual Agents Timothy Liechti, Shawn Shackelton, Caitlin Bronsky, Eric Ravenscroft, and Stacy Buchheit Small Teams Live AZ Collective, Anderson Team, Honest Offer, and Valentine Group Medium Teams Paradise Realty, The Mokhtarian Group, and The Davila Team Large Teams The Gillette Group, ranked #1 in the nation, Property Partners, JBRE & Co., Cook & Associates Real Estate Advisors, Reach Home Group, and the Esala Team Mega Teams PREMIERE GROUP, US Holding Team, Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network, Klaus Team, ProAgent, and Craft & Bauer To every agent and team recognized, congratulations. This achievement represents months of hard work, consistency, dedication, and the trust your clients place in you every day. Recognition like this is earned through showing up, serving others well, and staying committed even when no one is watching. As Arizona's Designated Broker it is an honor to celebrate your success. Thank you for raising the bar, representing our state with excellence, and proving what is possible through collaboration, professionalism, and heart. Congratulations to each of you. Arizona is building something truly special. #OneReal #TopAgent #ArizonaRealEstate

A rising tide raises all ships. 🌊 The Reach Network just cracked Real Broker's Top 50 Large Teams by Volume for Q2. This is what happens when hard work meets REAL community and culture. And honestly? We are just getting started. 18 agents. One culture. All in for each other. Grinding solo and wondering if there's a better way? There is. We're picky about who we bring in... and we'd love to show you what life inside the network looks like. DM us or drop a 🌊. Ready... Set... Go!

You guys! I’m so proud!! I saw an email come through this morning that showcase the top 50 and multiple categories for the second quarter at Real Broker and saw some of my amazing agents in their accomplishments. I see each and every one of them working so hard and I’m just so proud. I am also proud of so many of my other friends that are on there! I know how hard everyone works and how good it feels when you see an email like this. Also a shout out to all the people that were so close! I texted one of my closest friends to make sure they didn’t mess up and she had only missed this by basically a half a house! I see you! You freaking rock! You all do. @realbrokerage

This photo is completely posed, slightly boring, and does absolutely nothing to show how much we laughed today. 😂 Real Café is always about 50% brand-new people, 50% people who come when they can, and 50% people who never miss. Yes, that’s the math I’m using. But somehow, that’s exactly why it works. Every month, someone walks into the room wondering if they’re the only one struggling, feeling stuck, or trying to figure out what’s next. And every month they leave realizing they’re not alone. Today’s conversation bounced from business strategy to tax strategy, social media to parenting, conferences to community - but one theme kept showing up: You don’t need more information. You need better strategy. A few reminders I wrote down: • Separate the activity from the outcome. • Count conversations, not just closings. • Share the lessons from your life - not your whole life. • Stop waiting until you’re confident to show up. My favorite moment? A newer agent shared that she finally felt like she belonged. Another admitted this has been the hardest year of her career. Others shared what’s actually working right now. No pretending. No gatekeeping. Just people helping people. That’s why this room matters. Not because every idea will apply to you, but because one conversation just might change the trajectory of your business - or remind you that you’re closer than you think. Real Café is every third Thursday at @georgeandgather (a huge thank you to @amber.kovarik) in Downtown Chandler - be sure to register every month to get the show notes after 🤣.

It is very important that real estate agents get into a room to analyze the data together. Depending upon the macro and micro areas, the data and the analysis is different. Digging into the details as well as the trends for your house or the house you want to buy is needed. If you are buying or selling a home, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

☕️ Real Café Recap: The conversations behind the conversations. Today’s table wasn’t just about real estate. It was about the role we play when people are making big decisions. A few of my favorite takeaways: ✨ You can’t want it more than your client does. One of our attendees shared advice that changed his business: “You can’t want it more than your clients do.” Our job is to guide, educate, and advise - but not carry the weight of decisions that belong to someone else. ✨ Sometimes helping means saying “not yet.” Not every seller is ready to sell. Not every buyer is ready to buy. Being a trusted advisor isn’t about forcing a transaction - it’s about helping people make the right decision for their situation. ✨ Stop selling features. Start explaining consequences. Our staging conversation was a great reminder that sellers don’t need more generic talking points. They need context. In today’s market, staging isn’t just about pretty photos - it’s about competing with new construction, improving buyer perception, and creating confidence during inspections and appraisals. ✨ Net sheets beat opinions. When emotions are high, numbers create clarity. Several agents shared how putting options side-by-side helps clients focus on outcomes instead of getting stuck on one line item. ✨ The best agents stay curious. Whether it’s a new financing program, a bridge loan alternative, a VA assumption, or a creative solution you’ve never heard before - our industry changes fast. The agents who stay curious create better outcomes for their clients. That’s why I love this group. No scripts. No gatekeeping. No pretending we’ve got it all figured out. Just real conversations, real experiences, and a room full of professionals willing to share what they’re learning. 📍 Real Café 🗓️ Every 3rd Thursday ☕ @georgeandgather 📍 Downtown Chandler Whether you’re with @realbrokerage or another brokerage, you’re welcome at the table. We’d love to have you join us next month. #realcafe #chandleraz #realestatecommunity #arizonarealtor #realestateleadership
