Wunda Chair footwork practice between face-to-face sessions. Looks easy, feels anything but! Thanks @homeofmovement_ for allowing me to use this lovely space for my self mastery 💕

We’ll take this kind of strong. 🤎

After that Sydney Sweeney ad, women have been showing exactly what strength, effort and athleticism can look like.

And honestly, we’re here for it.

A studio should feel good before the class even begins.

For this week’s Studio Series, we’re heading to @homeofmovement_ in Rivervale, Perth.

A space built around strength, mobility, control and mindful movement, with a team that clearly cares about creating an environment people want to return to.

Featuring the Resista Niche Black Reformer, alongside the little details that make a studio feel like home.

We love seeing how our equipment becomes part of spaces like this. 🤎

Home of Movement turns 1! 🎉 @homeofmovement_

Not only is my favourite studio celebrating its first birthday this week, but this week also marks 1 whole year of me being a qualified pilates teacher! 🥹

Without the incredible HOM fam, I truly wouldn’t be where I am today. So grateful for this studio, the people, the friendships and everything this past year has brought me.

Happy 1st birthday HOM! 🥂✨ Here’s to many more!

I’m an author, but I’m also… ✨

🤸‍♀️ A Pilates girlie — currently attempting to undo the damage of sitting at a laptop for hours on end. Huge thank you to @homeofmovement_

🐈‍⬛ A black cat enthusiast. Obviously.

🏛️ A lover of old buildings, forgotten places and anything with a little bit of history attached to it.

🌙 A shift worker who is perpetually confused about what day it is.

👻 A lover of all things spooky, haunted and slightly unsettling.

And, apparently, someone with some exciting things coming soon 👀✨

If you want to be the first to hear about it, get behind-the-scenes updates, bookish secrets, exclusive content and a little bit of magic… head to the link in my bio and join my mailing list 🖤

There may also be a very exciting future collaboration with @monsmaps in the works… 👀🗺️

The notebooks are still filling up for the second half of A Veil of Ash and Gold… even if the writing has taken a brief back seat while I wrestle with formatting. 📚✨

A little time away from drafting has been needed, but apparently formatting is determined to moosh my brain into a fine paste. 😅

Anyone else discover that formatting somehow feels harder than writing the book itself? 🫠

We had the pleasure of helping @homeofmovement_ with their dream studio.

It’s been incredible to see what they have done with their beautiful studio! 🤍🤍
