On this week’s episode of Defining Moments with Deja, I sat down with the minds behind an upcoming Christmas basketball camp — Trey Draper [co founder of HomeT3am Hoops and co founder of Catch12] and Davonte “DTap” Pack [co founder of MBNO Foundation, co founder of Catch12, and member of iLoc Management], and one of their sponsors for the event Charles Mabry [CEO of Prime Global Group]

We talked about giving back and breaking down the importance of time, consistency, and letting the youth know they matter. 🏀♥️✨

Real conversations. Real community. Real impact. This is how change starts.

Gratitude at the forefront. Discipline in the details. Grateful for every step, even the slow ones. The turtle wasn’t the fastest in the race, just the most consistent. 🧘🏾‍♂️🖤

When opportunity calls, you figure it out. 💯

Trey Draper shared one of the rawest parts of his journey —
💭 “I didn’t have a big budget. I bought an air mattress, a fan, and some towels… and I slept in my office for 3 months at IMG.”

No excuses. No complaints. Just faith, focus, and hustle. 🏀🔥

Sometimes the grind don’t look glamorous — but that’s what winning language sounds like.
