WOW! WOW! WOW! 🤩

When a home has this much character, the reactions speak for themselves!

Room after room. Detail after detail. One WOW after another!

And just when you think you’ve heard it all… watch what happens at the end! 👀🏡

Some homes just leave an impression. This one leaves everyone saying WOW!

Had to give a shout out to @homewithmariko for getting us involved in the tots for toys program! We have a donation box here at the shop now through Christmas. Stop in to spread some joy and maybe pick up a plant or two for yourself while you’re here!

✨ The California Women’s Council of Realtors 2026 ✨
@wcrcalifornia

@nighthawkinspections (Jeremy and I) joined @wcrplacercounty as Strategic Partners early this year because we saw the vision and wanted to support ambitious agents in our community.

This conference gave me a much bigger picture of what WCR really is: relationships, referrals, leadership development, and state + national opportunities!

And for me personally, there was another layer.

This was my first time back in rooms of this scale since being laid off last year, after spending so many years in corporate leadership. And damn, it was refreshing 🙌🏻

Learning. Connecting. Talking business and leadership. Being surrounded by women and men doing BIG things and making room for other women to do the same.

We celebrated the installation of our new State President and leadership team, heard from the new national CEO, and I got to connect with other incoming Network Treasurers across California as I prepare to step into the 2027 Treasurer role for Placer network.

AND our very own @taffymcnallymaurer was named Member of the Year!!! How fitting. She is the epitome of inclusion, development, and what’s possible when you commit to showing up- and bringing others with you.

AND because apparently the weekend needed a little extra ✨, I somehow WON the most beautiful Gucci handbag 😍 Even better were the fact that sooo many women who came up afterward to hug me and celebrate with me.

I felt incredibly lucky, but even more than that, I felt loved and celebrated- and that’s what this community is about.

✨✨✨

There’s something powerful about getting into rooms with people who challenge you, inspire you, connect you, and remind you what you’re capable of.

If you’re an agent who wants more of THIS, come talk to me. I’ll happily get you connected.

And if you’re an industry partner who believes in investing in the agents we serve, ask me about becoming a Strategic Partner.

Friday night at JDavid’s looked good and sounded even better. 🎶🕺

Lance Allyn and his incredible band brought the music, you brought the moves, and our celebration and sale turned into one heck of a party.

Thank you to everyone who came out, hung with us, and shook your stylish butts on the dance floor. We love seeing our JDavid’s family have this much fun. ❤️

Did you have a good time?! Tell us your favorite moment below! 👇

Being in the room with these ladies last night made my heart happy. They didn't just come out to support the launch of The House Manual, they made an impact with their generous donations to The Domestic Violence program at @child_family_center

Thank you, Nikki, for opening up your home. @qmdesigngroup for the amazing book cover, Lauryn + Tara for your incredible help and to the absolutely generous businesses who graciously donated to the raffle.

2025 was a tough year for many. With over 70% of realtor not having done one deal in the whole year, I am blessed to have gotten to be in this space.
Thank you to everyone that’s entrusted me to help them in their homeownership journey.🏡🙏🏽❤️
