For Homework Cool Kids Studio, every project begins with starting fresh.
New visuals, new environments, new ways of thinking. That’s what keeps the work exciting.

Working on Solar Bazaar with ChargeZone Shwa meant turning a public wall into something more open and expressive. A space where sustainability could be felt through colour, form, and emotion, not explained away.

Meet the team behind Solar Bazaar.

Founded in 2019, @homeworkcoolkids Studio is a multidisciplinary design firm based in Bandra, Mumbai, that focuses on pushing creative boundaries while staying closely connected to context and place.

The team's work with Solar Bazaar focusses on creating a mural that feels natural to its surroundings and adds meaning to the mundane.

2025 was a challenging year that really put us to the test.

With an ever-changing art market, studio shifts, and evolving teams, we still managed to pull off some genuinely exciting projects.

What stayed constant through it all was our focus on quality and the attention to detail we bring to every step of the process.

Looking back now, we’re truly proud of the team that held their nerve during tough moments and showed up for each other throughout the year.

The future, it seems, has reached the threshold of Vellore and settled in comfortably. 🌱

Introducing - Solar Bazaar!

In Solar Bazaar, a man watering his home sits at the centre, while life branches out like banyan roots. Fisherfolk, farmers, daily labour, guided by time-tested knowledge and supported by simple, thoughtful tech.

With a childlike ease, the mural shows sustainability as habit, not headline. Clean energy, everyday tools, and routines that just make sense.

Starting the year with hope that feels grounded, quietly innovative, and already at work. 🌞

Glimpses of Day 5

With an eventful first four days, we ended the festival in high spirits, group photos and a DJ set by DRJ Sohail

We close this edition of the festival with feelings of pride, joy and tears of happiness. Thank you to everyone who came to the festival and made it a success 🌸
