We’re a group of 7 women coordinating monthly events for business owners and content creators who want real community. A place where you feel seen, heard, and like you belong. Where the conversations are about ideas, growth, and what you’re building, all while enjoying the ranch life at Rancho Belmontez.

One of the biggest things this challenge has taught me is that opportunities don’t always just find you. Sometimes you have to go after them.

This collaboration took networking, persistence, following up, putting myself out there, and even hearing “no” before eventually getting the “yes.”

But that yes was SO worth it. I got to meet amazing people, help someone ride a horse for the very first time, create some really cool content, experience incredible moments, and most importantly, learn a lot along the way.

Project 365 was never just about posting every day. It’s about becoming the person who isn’t afraid to put herself in the room, make the connection, ask for the opportunity, get rejected, and try again.

You never know which conversation, connection, or shot is going to open the next door.

Keep showing up. Keep asking. Keep building genuine relationships. Eventually, you’ll get the yes and when you do, be ready.
